Completing Dreamsurge events drops ilvl 402, Veteran 1/8 gear (upgradeable to a max of ilvl424). This gear can also be purchased from Celestine of the Harvest at Dreamsurge locations for 100 Dreamsurge Coalescence each.

Completing the Dreamsurge weekly quest and obtaining Dreamsurge Chrysalis allows you to purchase ilvl415, Champion 1/8 (upgradeable to a max of ilvl437) from Archdruid Hamuul Runetotem. Each piece costs 1 Chrysalis.
