You can repeatedly kill the World Boss over and over, and not in a raid group.

Might get hotfixed, but fastest way. Don't need the WQ for it.

Either kill the World Boss out in the wild, or start a group and fill it and then leave (usually means you won't get moved to another shard), or join another group and their shard and leave to kill (and hope that you won't get shard hopped back to your native shard)Comment by AniseFastest way to get these is doing HC dungeon runs. 2 Dungeons and you are done now. Last week if was at least 4 runs or more.
