Look closely, sometimes they're just in the middle of nowhere, but they'll show up as treasures on the minimap once you get near.Just loot and use.

Where is it?Comment by AlustrielSome, like one of my main's, an enchanting treasure, is in the Zul'Aman main city: Atal'aman, (Enchanted Amani Mask) its locked behind finishing a quest chain and will not show until then.
