Complete Aqir Invasions Before Their Removal in 12.1.7 for Cheaper Rewards

So you can technically skip all the rep grind which took around 20 odd hours while group hooping for last boss kills, what doubled or tripled your rep gained per hour, at the cost of them being slightly higher price minus the title and 4 feats of strength that most wouldn't care about anyway.....
it really pays to play the game while its current content, this will not encouraging people to do it now when they can not take part and get all the rewards without having to put any effect in at all

"Aqir Invasions were a major feature added in Patch 12.1.5" :)

Comment by MzPooks

Most players have already maxxed the main reknowns. Why not make the token go towards the Aqir reknown. Sitting in one spot waiting for a 10 minute event to spawn for hours on end is just ridiculous.

the absolute state of wow retail

Wait so is the rep requirement also getting removed for these item purchases? Why bother with grinding the rep now if it's not going to be required next patch?

one day we will learn why events like MOP and legion timerunning cant just be cycled events along with plunderstorm being bimonthly events that keep people having random things to do for entertainment

Comment by Cythis91

To be honest, who the hell cares? The decor is just a bunch of eggs. This had to be the worst event Blizzard has done in awhile. Even prop hunt was better, and that is saying something

Comment by Grundlesmoo

I'd be happy to if doing the invasions actually reward you with something and don't bug out at the end wasting your time.

Comment by Piogo

A tip for those looking to rush this event: if there are lots of people doing it in your realm, complete it there, kill the boss, then look for a group from another realm to join, kill the boss again, and keep repeating this until you run out of time. With a bit of luck and speed, you can manage to take down 5 or 6 bosses in one go. I reached Exalted status by the third day of the event, finished the remaining achievements the following week, and never touched it again.

Comment by Dezzuzu

lol why bother increasing prices? the entry price is already like 50 invasions

Comment by bhaije

Oh no, people are not playing game of &*!@ patch with full of bugs lets give them FOMO! that would make them paly right? right?

Comment by Felcrim4

At least the cosmetics are not forever lost after removing the event, unlike the Decor Duel fiasco, those rewards are no longer available.

Comment by sabocan

No, thank you.

Comment by Becausemagic

They made it so the aerial assault one basically never shows up, they were really scummy about these achievements on probably the most boring event.

Comment by slemaire

Many of us have so much extra Voidlight Marl that doing uninteresting repetitive content with a new skin is not worth the effort.

Comment by phoenixsoap

Bleh, I can't resist getting that title but I wanted to be playing forever instead of grinding this dumb event

Comment by oomu

It was a waste of development time, then remove, why?

Its a terrible grind, why not let people grind that at their own pace? Makes no sense after already wasting time and resources on it (and to fix it after the release).

WHY?
