There is no best. Everyone can good dps with other covenants. There is no make sense.

Wowhead - Holy Paladin has some type of error in the guide - in this article it says for M+ its venthyr and necro, but when visiting the full holy paladin guide, the 9.2 section, it still says kyrian is recommended (since it makes 5-man groups much easier to heal)
Yeah Pelinal isn't testing all the covenants. He's dying on that venthyr hill, doesn't even updates the pages. Wonder if he's actually still playing Hpally.
Think it was more that there's a difference between what's the best and whats recommended. Venth may be the best if used to its absolute fullest potential but since 99% of the player base can't do that even if they think they can then he recommends kyrian.
Even though I already got all covenants to 80 renown, still don't wanna switch to night fae or kyrian. Venthyr is cooler and the ability is still pretty good since it puts me into exucute phase eariler. Plus these charts will only matter for those who are trying to min max, you can litterally get away with any spec+covenant at this point and parse high if you're a really good player.
Wow what a mess, atleast let us switch covenants and conduits without having to travel to oribos & our covenant sanctums, or raiding is going to be more painful then fun.

Quality of Life update please to easily switch from mythic plus to raid setup. Save a soulbind/conduit/gear/talent setup - easily switch between these profiles in a rest area.
