... Did some kind of alien bodysnatcher get the guy? This sounds incredibly out of character.

I suppose good news is good news, but I still can't help but feel like this is a case of too little too late for a good PR stunt, but I guess some people will buy it.

That was unexpected.
Question is. Is it because subs numbers are bad or did shareholders got even more mad (or booth)

Comment by Fatalion

Voluntarily agreed to this only after the company laid off a boatload of people. Yeah okay. This sounds more like he picked a lower salary over no salary, with how hard they're emphasizing that he totes voluntarily did this as though he just offered to outta the blue.

In real talk though, with the amount of tax he pays on these bonuses this is not a huge loss for him. Over 75% of that 200 million dollar bonus was lost in taxes according to the article. He is still living pretty and they do point out that he has led the parent company to great success over the years no matter how badly he has let Blizzard get @#$%ed up.(##RESPBREAK##)272##DELIM##Uchur##DELIM##Irrelevant part was removed Asmongold rails against multiboxers - multiboxing is banned
Asmongold meme Kotek and his masssive salary - salary cut

Now we need Asmongold to play Torghast on the PTR so we can get it fixed.
