Super bugged for me, ran around val'sharah clicking various Vale Flitter pets.

All of them gave the "Failed to create pet battle" error. Relogging, reloading and turning of addons didn't help.

These guys are pretty buggy. I had to do my quest outside the quest tracker area and when I would finally find one he was either in the ground or flying clipping through trees. Fairly easy to kill, hardest part is finding them. If you cant find them just follow the roads checking all the pets.

This is the mount awarded for completing the last Quest: Garfafilada veridiana

Here's the complete Questline:

You get one Quest every day but the date I'm posting this(Patch 7.1 Build 22989) it is still possible to get the next quest on a different character. So say you complete the quest on your druid you can still get the next quest from the same pet on any of your other characters.

For the quest that require you to complete World Quests you need have to have your pet out(and in your team for pet battle WQs), for the quests that only require you to defeat certain pets you don't need your pet out, it only has to fight and survive.

Dungeon and Raid quests can be completed on any difficulty.

Good aquatic choices are Tortuga esmeralda (Emerald Bite) for the Vale Flitter and any Civet/Otter type pet with a beast ability like Bite/Gnaw, because they are usually accompanied by Critter, I used Cigala mágica so I didn't need to worry about healing my pets.

Comentario de 3lizadeath

The best place for me was around 64, 83.

tiny blue carp (2/1/2) can solo this quest

This quest is very bugged. Just found pets into the trees....
1 hour to complete running wild....

Comentario de RevengeV

The Vale Flitters wont always appear on the mini map if your tracking battle pets and you have to physically look up in the air, they aren't at ground level. So don't spend 30 minutes like a certain someone getting increasingly frustrated that the mini map isn't showing the pets...

A location which the minimap didn't suggest during the quest is the Garden of the Moon flightpoint, I no longer need them anymore but there are two battle pet Flitters flying right next to the flightmaster there. Since it's so easy to get to I'd suggest starting there.

Comentario de ohmisslady

Solo'd everything with Emperor Crab by keeping up Shell Shield and Renewing Mists, then using Surge in between. Might have taken me a little longer than other strats listed here, but it worked great! Finished 2out of the 3 fights at full health.

Please help me in this quest! Iam so frustrated with this, because i cant find even one! I found many of them but all are simple critters, wich can acts like normal mobs, so you cant pet battle with them just kill their 1 hp. Where to find them? GRRR

Comentario de DeadGilder

If you're having trouble with the ones stuck inside the trees, I was able to battle some of them by keybinding "Interact with Target" and then using that keybind after doing a /tar vale on the one stuck inside the tree. Interact with Target is near the bottom on the Targeting menu of Key Bindings. It doesn't work every time due to area obstructions or other random issues, but it worked on 2 while I was trying to get this.

Comentario de Unnatural79

Very easy with Moonshell Crab and Ghostshell Crab's shields and Magic abilities; the latter also has a decent Beast ability heplful (along with the hatchling Rip) against the secondary pets which are usually critters.

Comentario de Esric

I got quest progress even though my Prole Garfafilada died during the fight.

Comentario de PhantomsDesire

After wasting WAY WAY TOO much time, the quest has everyone looking in the wrong area to actually battle these. The best place to find these is around Starsong Refuge, Coordinates 72.8, 50.4

Comentario de Woodymakespizza

Not sure if anyone else has pointed out, but this can be completed with lower level pets as well, good way to get xp on pets still being leveled.

Comentario de 2043790

these quests are going to make me lose my mind. spending literal hours trying to find the mobs to pet battle only to have them in a tree and cant interact with them.

Comentario de Maerya

Mistvale is really the place to find them easily (around 71.8, 41.7). I killed critters and did 2-3 battles against bunnies and they started to spawn. I found the 3 needed in less than 5 minutes.

I used:

1. Moonshell Crab (1-1-1)
2. Ghostshell Crab (1-1-1)
3. Sharptalon Hatchling (1-2-1)

Moonshell Crab destroyed the moth and Ghostshell Crab was good to clean up the back pets. Didn't even use my Sharptalon.

Comentario de Nordrassil1

Just to re-emphasize something that has been said before elsewhere - if you don't see the battle pets you want, kill others in the area. I'm not sure what the issue is, but this really helps respawning and reloading different pets. In this case, there was only Elfin rabbits near Mistvale. After killing all the battle pets in the area, the Vale Flitter spawned no problem.

Comentario de Mattyheroic

I've been playing for 17 years. I really think this is the worst quest I've ever seen. One simply cannot find the damn battle pets.

Comentario de Baroo

Benax (1/1/2) was usually able to solo these fights.

Comentario de xanadul

Don't do it if there is a legion assault happening, you wont get credit Mother@~#!@#!@ hope this helps

Comentario de Sunreaver

If there are tons of Vale Flitters around, but no pet battle ones, just go around killing every Vale Flitter AND Elfin Rabbit in the area. By the time you get from the bottom of the quest area to the top and back, there will be new ones spawned, some of whom will be the pet battle version.

Comentario de Thumbelina

This quest was a pain and I knew so going into it, looking at comments. HOWEVER. I turned WM on and found 3 in less than 10minutes. Worth a shot guys!
