Decreases Renew by one tick, so it ticks 3 times instead of the usual 4 times... increases the remaining 3 ticks by 25%

if you just cast Renew once, and let it run its course, this glyph will make Renew less powerful
(100% x 4 = 400%; 125% x 3 = 375%)....

But if you use 脈輪運轉:平靜 a lot, and refresh Renews a lot... a Serenity-refreshed, glyphed Renew is better than a serenity-refreshed, unglyphed renew, because its duration is indefinite.

Before you get the Renew perk in Warlords of Draenor, this glyph increases Renew's healing per second while decreasing it's healing per mana spent.

After the Warlords of Draenor perk, this glyph increases Renew's HPM while being a wash in healing per mana. Which means, essentially, it's a no-brainer and you should always use it-- four ticks of 125% is superior in just about any situation I can think of to five ticks of 100%.
