For those of you who are interested in what it will take to obtain this item, here is a total materials list for the original 463 item plus the two upgrades:

-30x雷鋼錠 (which will take 300x鬼鐵錠 and 30 days to make)
-18x 和諧之魂
-18x 活化鋼

The hardest part will be collecting the 30 Lightning Steel Ingots as you can only make one a day and they are bind on pickup. So it will take you a month of making a Lightning Steel Ingot every day.

In order to make the Lightning Steel Ingots, you first need to kill and loot an item that starts a quest from an NPC named who is found on the Isle of Thunder in the Thunderforge area.

This item is crafted by first crafting 獅心之刃，重生, then upgrading it to 獅心勇士劍，重生, and finally upgrading that to 獅心斬首者，重生.

Keep in mind that this item and the un-upgraded versions of it are Bind on Equip, so only equip them on the character you intend to use it on.

Since this item takes 30 days to make, I would imagine you could sell it for a lot of gold if you don't need it.

When you make the original 463 weapon, you then learn the recipe for the first upgrade. Likewise when you do the first upgrade, you learn the recipe for the second upgrade. If not for this, you could use a second character to help you upgrade the weapon. Technically I guess you still could use a second character to help you eventually, but both characters will have had to made the item in the past in order to have the recipes.

According to the patch notes, as of patch 5.3 (as mentioned by Suggestions), you will be able to use 黑龍王子之眼 on this and other "Reborn" crafted items.

Item required (and mentioned in mtrettin's post) to kick off the learning spree is 奇怪的金屬鑄塊, which, oddly, is not marked Unique & cannot detect prior use to stop you looting & actively (needs Delete to be entered) destroying.

For those of you that want to take advantage of both the transmog AND the AH portions of the Executioner journey, be aware that you can transmog Lionheart Champion, Reborn (soulbinding the 476 item) before using it as part of the Lionheart Executioner, Reborn formula. The final product will still be BOE, and you have 15 days to obtain a weapon that you can dress up.

Warning, you cannot use the 黑龍王子之眼 on the sword. Seems like 30 雷鋼錠 and forging at the Thunderforge does not qualify as "Armament of the Thunderking".

I love that B'Zard gave us Blacksmiths some 502 lvl weaps to craft. Not that they are really 502. Compare them with the LFR 502's, which have the same stats (around 80 less strength) but have a socket with a socket bonus. So these weaps are more like 498. That being said, I couldn't seem to get a ToT weap to drop for me and I bought this fairly cheap on the AH, after which my dps jacked up around 20k. I'm now consistently pulling 100k+ which is enough to start running with the big dogs. Can't wait to upgrade this 8 levels to 510.

What I would like Blizz to do is just equalize the 502 weaps so they all have sockets and comparable stat-lines.

A word of warning:
Blizzard doesn't consider this as an item upgrade, it's more like a new item.

The downside to this is that any enchant will be removed, which is a bummer if it was expensive.
The upside is that the new item is once again BoE, even if the old one was soulbound.

You can use 黑龍王子之眼 on this, in fact on both Reborns if you dual-wield, but I imagine you have to buy and install them one at a time since the Eye is Unique.

All of the Lionheart Reborn show an upgrade available, including this, the last one in the series. I have created this and there are no upgrades showing as available on the sword.. Is this page wrong ?
