"Rosary of light +383 Strength Equip: your melee attacks have a chance to grant 1149 haste rating for 20 seconds" ...is it just me or does the name sound like something a healer would use... like the stats are pro warrior or DK, change the name. what does the light have to do with strength? And rosary's are used by priests, what are priests in WoW? healers and Spell DPS not anything to do with MDPS. Sounds like a good item with nice stats, but it needs a new name before it goes live.

This trinket drops from Archbishop Benedictus, the last boss in the Hour of Twilight heroic 5 man dungeon.
It has around 30-40 seconds cooldown between procs and ~~currently has no animation~~ the proc looks like sparkles from a healing spell.

Going off of this list; you should be able to fill all but three gear slots (ranged, ring 2, neck) with items available from these instances (although that isn't necessarily recommended in all cases).
It's also worth noting that none of the weapons listed are Unique.

The use effect on this trinket is really cool, you kneel in place for 60 seconds while channeling "Rosary of Light" and it heals you for 1800 every 3 seconds while a golden aura surrounds your character.

I uploaded a screenshot of the graphic. Currently there is no sound effect to accompany it.

ICD is 60 seconds, making it's uptime high (20 seconds per min is 33.33%).

0.3333 x 1149 crit rating = 383 crit rating on average.

Surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet, but this is likely some kind of reference to the "ghost" glitch that was hotfixed. The channeled prayer is identical to the glitched "npcs" spawned due to this glitch, even going so far as to include the kneeling pose. A player on US Mal'ganis made use of this glitch to spawn multiple ghost clones, prompting a server restart and hotfix after the source was uncovered.
EDIT: Yes, yes I know it may seem like hearsay but it DOES replicate a hotfixed, exploited glitch involving High Prophet Barim. One thread referencing it is Here and a screenshot of the above mentioned "Army of <Player whose name I know but will not mention>" can be found here.

I like to give some input on the percentage drop quoted for this item. I know this has been debated many times elsewhere on this site. All percentage drops are guides on mitigating high expectations and the reality of something actually dropping. The 15% for me personally overly optimistic. In what is close to 40 runs this item has yet to drop for my paladin.

A fun fact... With Strenght being the primary DPS stat for all plate DPS classes this and Varo'then's Brooch will last you a looong time. Thanks to the fact that there are -no- trinkets with raw Strenght or Strenght on proc trinkets throughout Mists leveling. (Or atleast i havent come across any) There have been trinkets with +Crit and Mastery on proc but they're both inferior stats to Strenght in terms of straightforward damage gain.

Thus currently during brewfest there are two (yes, TWO direct upgrades for these trinkets)

Granted this one has enough strenght to put both Rosary and the Brooch to shame.

And as with last years version of this it's not that great... But i'd consider it as a minor upgrade/sidegrade to the two.

There is also the engineering dragonling with an option to put three cogwheels for +600 Master/Hit/Crit or Expeertise each
