191 crit = 76 dodge
in total
145 avodiance + 171 mastery + 429 stamina

『怪咖』愛德華的肩甲
253 str = 63 parry
in total
175 avodiance + 189 (gem bonus) mastery + 380 stamina
30 less avodiance / 18 less mastery / 49 more stamina

防護鼓脹鎧甲
253 str = 63 parry
in total
192 avodiance + 179 (gem bonus) mastery+ 380 stamina
47 less avodiance / 8 less matery / 49 more stamina

so these shoulders have less avodiance but more stamina compared to boe tank shoulders

no HC shoulders have pure avodiance and Halfus is mostly the first HC kill for many guilds these shoulders are quite good for warri / pala tank.

If you were an Arms warrior, you would love those :)
As of patch 4.0.6 and under, those are one of the best shoulders you could get as Arms. Probably even as Fury :)
If you're hit capped, that mastery is a nice bonus stat apart from the "main" critical rating !
