I take back my previous comment.

Many TBC encounters are fairly long. They exceed 10 minutes of constant DPS rotations.

Because of this length, and the fact that Innervate is dependent on Spirit, the Mp5 and Spirit isn't bad.

Also, TBC encounters are heavy on raid and AoE damage. The stamina is welcome.

The +dmg is a tad lacking, but scaling is the issue, not so much the itemization.

The set bonuses are worth obtaining for a serious raiding priest.

With epic gems, these actually have more spell damage than Frozen Shadoweave, combined with better stats, and spell hit, this is a direct upgrade over Frozen Shadowweave.
