For MoP, if the black market carries on, and all the pieces are for sell. As a 60 rogue within current mechanics, the top 4 pieces you need are BBLP. Bracers, Breastplate, Legplates, Pauldrons. They will net you about 3% extra crit overall, 4 AP and about 70hp less or so.
The other 5 pieces are not to be looked after, except for transmogrification. Why ?

A. First of all only the 4 pieces bonus points matter for pvp. The 8th is still slightly negligeable, with about 45% crit (unbuff), to about 50-55% fully buffed, a 100% crit on say Hemorrhage isn't that big improvement. Granted you need to go from 4 pieces to 8. That's 4 pieces to go, that is big investment. You could only go that way if 1 or 2 pieces drags you down. And that's not the case explained below B to F.
B. The ring is useless, circlet and band of the victor are better
C. The helmet gets beat by Scout's hood.
D. The boots get beat by Rocket Boots Xtreme if the cooldown is up. And still fair well damage wize if it's down.
E. The gauntlets get beat by the T2 gauntlets in my opinion (60% disarm). Let's say it's a tough call between the 2. Definitively better for arenas (the T2). For flat dps T3 will be better. And yet the 10 hit gets wasted, since with the BBLP gear you are already capped at 5.5% hit.
F. The waist gets beat by the Shifting Sash of midnight.

Conclusion if the Black Market sells all the T3 gear, BBLP all the way for 60 rogue bis. You don't need to brainlessly go for 9/9 T3, it would drag you down. At this point in time, to my knowledge, only the helmet is available on beta.

I am only wondering if it is even possible to purchase items from the black market on a lvl 60 character, for one getting there (summonable?) and second if you can actually talk to the auctioneer for the black market, and finally if you can actually purchase items.

Reason i ask is i do not have mop and do not plan on playing wow ever again as im against the direction blizzard has gone with the game, i do how ever want to get t3 on my 60 exp capped twinks.

I realise by doing that it would require a hell of a lot of gold or lack of interest in the items i am after and in turn would mean i would actually have to play lvl 90.

This is why i want to find out first before spending a damn cent/penny on mop/gametime

im sure this will be quite similar to how AQ sets work, druids will get quests for druid gear, rogues will get quests for rogue gear, and everyone is happy, im sure cadaverous will be just fine for now ;P
