Wearing more pieces of this set will convey bonuses to your character.

3 pieces: The radius of your totems that affect friendly targets is increased to 30 yd.
5 pieces: After casting your Healing Wave or Healing Surge spell, gives you a 25% chance to gain Mana equal to 35% of the base cost of the spell.
8 pieces: Your Healing Wave will now jump to additional nearby targets. Each jump reduces the effectiveness of the heal by 80%, and the spell will jump to up to two additional targets.

It dropped for me last night form a Firelord. I was the only shaman who still needed it so it was easy getting. Still need 1 piece to get the kick-ass 5 piece bonus ;).

Still waiting on em to drop.. Droped on 2 of our first 3 runs. Then 30 runs later they still havnt droped. its gona be my last piece too
