Found mine on a Crag Coyote out in the Badlands. Enchanted +50 armor, and probably will sell it. Maybe. I'm a Feral druid, and I might use it.

But, if anyone wants to buy it, 30g on Cenarion Circle.

but why cant enchant with +12agi? it needs lvl 35 item and thsi is lvl 38 item, just req lvl 33 to use

For a twink I would prefer to get Silky Spider Cape and enchant it with agi enchant or....get a 'green cloak' of stats. (10 agi, 10 stam, etc) and enchant that one with a agi enchant.

Apparently Arathi Highlands is blue drop heven cuz I got three of em today, just in time to help pay for my mount, yay! This item dropped while I was farming elemental fire off of Burning Exiles. I was like, "this guy's got the goods I can feel it" . . . Freakin A he did!
Other drops I got in Arathi today included:
Skullance Shield
Troll's Bane Leggings

Not bad for a couple hours work!

At level 39 it dropped for me, I still use it at lvl 41 with my alt. It is in AH atm - I level quickly tbh :)
