You can cast instant mindblasts while counterspelled to shadow. Is this a Bug?

Currently on live the there is no default aura or indicator making the proc very hard to notice. Unless you're staring at your buffs you most likely wont see it. Till blizz adds something I highly recommend an addon like power auras classic or weak auras.

What is not immediatly obvious is that not only can Prayer of Mending be cast without triggering it's cooldown when you have a Divine Insight proc, but you can also cast PoM when a proc occurs, even if it is currently on CD.

It might as well be a completely separate spell (convenient that it isn't) if it wasn't for the disadvantage that the proc fuelled PoM will remove any existing stacks of PoM (wherever they may be) the same as recasting normal PoM.

As a Discipline priest I find this absolutely useless compared to the other two talent choices. It's simply a waste of mana to cast PW:S during the rapture cooldown. If only that extra cast wouldnt cost power...

I just wonder to know if a holy priest use this talent with Glyph of Prayer of Mending and Pom jump to all thargets with 60% increased effect.

Or after first PoM jump then others does the normal healing of one stack.

for Discipline Priest, Divine Insight cause each Penance to trigger Divine Insight, make next Power Word: Shield within 10 sec:

ignore Weakened Soul debuff
NOT cause Weakened Soul debuff

Power Word: Shield trigger Borrowed Time on the Priest, reduce cast or channel time of next Priest spell within 6 sec by 15% (Borrowed Time).

for Holy Priest, Divine Insight give each Greater Heal, Prayer of Healing a 40% chance to trigger Divine Insight, make next Prayer of Mending within 10 sec:

jump to each target instantly
NOT trigger its CD

Prayer of Mending trigger Holy Spark on the initial target, increase healing received from the Priest's next Flash Heal, Greater Heal, Holy Word: Serenity within 10 sec by 50% (Priest PvP Healing 2P Bonus Holy Spark).

for Shadow Priest, Divine Insight give each tick of Shadow Word: Pain a 5% chance (does NOT diminish on multiple targets) to trigger Divine Insight, make next Mind Blast within 12 sec:

Shadow Orbs is the new resources for Shadow Priest, one can have 3 Shadow Orbs max.
it generate by:

Mind Blast (+1)
Shadow Word: Death (+1; only usable on target less than 20% health; CD is reset if target does not die, but this additional cast does not grant Shadow Orbs, 6 sec internal CD.)

when and only when Priest have at least 1 Shadow Orbs, these spells can be cast to consume all Shadow Orbs:

Devouring Plague (Damage and healing increased based on the number of Shadow Orbs consumed)
Psychic Horror (Horrify duration increased based on the number of Shadow Orbs consumed, Disarm duration unaffected)

This a talent is great for both and Holy and Disc at high iLvls when you have more mana than you can spend, but I would not necessarily recommend it for anyone trying to gear an Alt. It wrecks your mana as a healer.

Casting extra PW:Ss while Rapture is on cooldown on a Disc Priest is quite inefficient in PvE, (although it can be a life saver in PvP, especially coupled with Body and Soul).

On a Holy priest, well, at least PoM is more mana efficient than PoH which is what it is most likely replacing in your rotation, but since the Divine Insight-proc'd PoM erases the any current charges of regular PoM from any party or raid members, you've just flushed its base mana efficiency down the toilet. If mana is not a concern however, you'll probably get more healing out DI than Power Infusion. If mana *is* a concern, Power Infusion is probably a safer choice.
