You do not start the Operation: Shieldwall questline by heading to Krasang Wilds. (If you go there first, no quests are available.) Instead, head to Shrine of Seven Stars, where you will automatically receive the quest Meet the Scout. Then fly to Krasang Wilds.

.... Peasants. Yeah, this is the King of Stormwind and leader of the Alliance forces. Really makes you like the guy doesn't it? How soon can we knock him off and throw Anduin the crown?

In 5.2 the quest seems to have been moved to an NPC.
The NPC is located in The Shrine of Seven Stars, her name is Lyalia, and she stands on the western side of The Summer Terrace.

For those looking for Lyalia because they dropped the request on hitting 90 but wanted to pick it up again later, she is at (84,66). That's on the top floor, outside. As you stand with the building at your back, she is on the left side, at the top of the left set of steps, under a tree. She didn't have an exclamation point for me, but when I clicked her, she had the Meet the Scout quest.

As of 5.4 the quest giver, Lyalia, is now on the ground in front of the Shrine of Seven Stars.

I can't accept the quest, I did the quest on horde but i can't accept it on Alliance side.
I have tried to fly to karasang wilds and i have tried to talk to the NPC Lyalia but she does not give me any quest.
Please Help!

As of 5.4, for horde, the quest is given from Sunwalker Dezco in front of Shrine of Two Moons

Can't get "Meet the scout!" and start your Operation: Shieldwall questline?
You probably did a faction change from Horde to Alliance recently.

Solution :
• Talk to Taradormi and click I want to return to Lion's Landing.
• After that you will be able to see Operation: Shieldwall's questhub and start the questline at Admiral Taylor with A little Patience.
• Click +1 on this post to help the others find the solution.

For those of you who can't find this quest, or where to find the questgiver - I found her at the front entrance to the Shrine of Seven Stars in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. She's on a hill at the very bottom of the place.

Can't get this quest, can talk to Lyalia but she doesn't have an exclamation mark over her head and don't get a quest when I do talk to her. I have done the previous quests with The black prince, gotten the +500 gem and the "Incomming..." quest, witch I can't do without this quest. I thought I'd might try the faction change solution, but since I haven't changed faction it might not be a good idea.

EDIT: Nvm, did a few quests for Operation Shieldwall (didn't have to do the meet the scout) and my fleet showed up

To whom it may concern, I had the old version of this quest in my log still and didn't realize it. When I completed it, King Wrynn didn't show up so I went back to the Shrine and picked it up again, and it worked properly. Maybe it'll save someone some time if they're bringing back old characters.

Even with Wowhead comments, coordinates, and directions, I still can't find this NCP. I have been all over Shrine of the Seven Stars, inside, outside, below, in front below. If i've already done the quest does she disappear?

My end goal is finish the quest 'Incoming...' for the legendary quest cloak but I can't figure out where I'm at in this quest line. So frustrating!

For me the quest is not given to Instead I had to go straight down to Krasarang Wilds to pickup Then it gave me the quest to return to Wrathion after I completed

I am playing Classic, I found the NPC at the Shrine of Seven Stars, but she does not give me a quest. I have read everything here and still can't get it done.
