Located in Valley of the Four Winds in The Heartland in a small house to the South of Old Hillpaws house at the South West of the heartlands.

If you have 5 Shrimp Dumplings in your bags she will give you a Daily Quest for rep with her.

If you look closely at her farm, you'll notice quickly why her favorite item is Chat de jade. She has 9 pet cats that wander in and around her farm. She's a crazy cat lady!

Ella
Ella is located at either (31.6, 58.0) with her cats, or at Halfhill.

When you are level 90, if you have Raviolis aux crevettes x5 in your pack she will offer you a daily to turn those in to her for rep.
One Shrimp Dumplings is made with Crevette-mante géante x1
When you are level 90, her favourite gift is Chat de jade along with Marée Pelage de Roseau

Best Friends with Ella
When she is your Best Friend, Luna the cat will be on the farm.
She will also post you a Sac de graines d’arbre which has three tree seeds in it. These seeds grow a tree which you can then throw on the ground somewhere and watch it grow and look pretty for a few minutes before it disappears.

When you are exalted with the Tillers and Best Friends with Ella, she'll come and wander about your farm looking at things (and doing nothing really).
If she's at the market she will not come to your farm and you must wait for a day when she is at home with her cats.

General Information
Tied up with the new Pandaren cooking, and the Tiller's reputation are some individual "reputations" associated with ten npcs which are located around Halfhill and the Heartland in Valley of the Four Winds. All the information you could possibly want on farming and the associated reputations can be found in Perculia's guide. Note that there is more information if you scroll up.

Ella just loves cats, and she wants them, and she wants them in a basket, and she wants little bow ties. She just loves them and she wants them to be on a rainbow and in her bed, and she just wants them to roll around.

I'm surprised no one noticed or at least posted this but she has a long tail like a fox not sure if that means anything as all the pandaren ive seen have short stubby ones.

You receive Note d’Ella via ingame mail when you become best friends with Ella. Attached is the Sac de graines d’arbre which contains Arbrisseau à floraison automnale, Arbrisseau à floraison hivernale, and Arbrisseau à floraison printanière.

Text of the mail you receive from Ella when you become "best friends":

From: Ella
Subject: A Letter From Ella

Hello <name>,

I hope that this letter finds you well.

I am so very glad that we are best friends now, so I got you a few gifts. I didn't want you to be lonely on your farm, so I'm giving you my most favorite cat - Luna. Please take good care of her. You'll find her on your farm the next time you visit.

These trees have brought me great joy in the past, and I hope they bring you the same happiness.

Your friend,
Ella

Although it appears she's a little confused, as in person when you hand in the last quest to reach best friend, she says:

Ella says: Well now that you and me are neighbors, I can tell you the truth. It's just downright wrong not ta have a proper pig or two on your farm! I'll bring some by when yer not lookin' and then blammo! You'll have pigs.

I guess she got somebody else's chat text string there!

/way Valley of the Four Winds 48.3 33.8 Farmer Fung - Wildfowl Roast - Marsh Lily
/way Valley of the Four Winds 31.5 58.1 Ella - Shrimp Dumplings - Jade Cat
/way Valley of the Four Winds 53.2 51.8 Gina Mudclaw - Swirling Mist Soup - Marsh Lily
/way Valley of the Four Winds 41.7 30.0 Fish Fellreed - Twin Fish Platter - Jade Cat
/way Valley of the Four Winds 29.5 30.6 Sho - Eternal Blossom Fish - Lovely Apple
/way Valley of the Four Winds 30.9 53.1 Old Hillpaw - Braised Turtle - Blue feather

note: quest to "feed em" only shows if you have the cooked food already prepared (5 of each).
"Gift quest" only shows if you have one of the gifts in your bags (apple, marsh lily etc), you can turn the gift in to all but reputation gain is bigger if it is the correct tiller who gets it.

I didnt test if quests shows if you have the food or gift in the bank, but pretty pointless if it does,

Commentaire de Deltethnia

While currently she says Fish's dialogue about the pigs, her proper dialogue should be this:

"Hey, wait just a minute... I... well... You've been such a good friend and... I want to give you my favorite kitty, Luna! I don't want you to be lonely at your farm and... <sob>... just take good care of her, okay? I'll bring her by later."

Oh no, I didn't mean to tell you so much."

Dammit blizz, stop making me care about NPCs.

After becoming 'Best Friends' with Ella, I received Luna and the packet of seeds. In days after becoming friends with Ella, I found an Orange Tabby trailing at my feet. Not sure if this was because of Ella, or just part of farming itself. The Orange Tabby shows up intermittently. Was curious if this has been true for anyone else? Thank you.

Commentaire de Jonno

One of her chat messages says her face turns pink out of shyness, but I'm not sure how you'd be able to tell since she's covered in fur :)

If you for some reason don't want to do any of the daily food quests to get rep with everyone and want to hit Exalted (Best Friend) with everyone right now, you can gather lots and lots of gifts (looted from Dark Soil ).
I couldn't find anywhere exactly how many gifts you need, so I rounded up a lot of each gift and started giving.
Each character have their special gift, which gives you more rep for them. For example:
Farmer Fung's special gift is Marsh Lily. To get from 0/Stranger to Best Friend (Exalted) with Farmer Fung you'll need approximately 43 Marsh Lily. (Non-human with the guild perk Mr. Popularity)

Hope this helps, happy hunting! :)

Ella
