Jeremy Feasel is a Master Pet Tamer.
He has got three pets, all of which are level 25 and epic quality.
Fezwick, same appearance as

Judgement, same appearance as

Honky-Tonk, same appearance as

Jeremy also gives one quest:

Completing this quest rewards you some gold and one

Jeremy Feasel is available on the 5.1 PTR, and will also be available when patch 5.1 goes live.
Now that patch 5.1 is live, you can visit Jeremy at the Darkmoon Faire if the event is up.

His team is comprised of three epic pets:
Honky-Tonk
(mechanical) - 1745 health, 294 attack, 280 speed
Fezwick
(beast) - 1570 health, 311 attack, 294 speed
Judgement
(magical) - 1587 health, 329 attack, 276 speed
Completing his daily quest will reward you with some gold and
Darkmoon Pet Supplies
. This goodie bag has a chance to drop the new
Darkmoon Eye
, which shares the same model as his magical pet, Judgement.
As said above, this daily is no exception from the rest of those on Darkmoon Isle, it costs a
token
to complete.

I used my Fel Flame to combat the Honky Tonk, Clockwork Gnome for Fezwick and a Sporeling Sprout with the heal to help when needed. Hardest for me was Fezwick and his stun, but overall pretty easy with a good set of pets against them.
Good Luck!

Did not have the ideal team, but was still able to (narrowly) win.
Used Onyxian Whelpling (Honky Tonk), Pandaren Monk (Judgement) & a level 22 uncommon quality Wild Golden Hatchling (Fez).
So worth a shot, even if odds are against you. Good luck!
Preferred team would be something like: Dragonkin (Judgement), Elemental (Honky Tonk), Mechanical (Fez). Much easier with this lineup. Also, he is a great way to level a pet if you have the proper family at a high enough level already that can swing it.

His tonk hits like prime (a semi truck), beyond that i found this pet battle trainer pretty easy personally, the rest are all pretty manageable with limited burst ability.

Many of the elemental pets have bonus to mechanical pets on their spells, in case you are looking for something to take down honky tonk easily.

Just beat him with a poor quality fel flame, hopling, and clockwork gnome.
Use fel flame to nuke Honky-Tonk (scorched earth + conflagrate almost kills him).
Use clockwork gnome on Fezwick (build a turret and proceed to fist him).
Use hopling on Judgement (backflip and spam tongue lash).

No big surprises in this fight. This fight would be roughly on par with a battle with one of the average Pandaria/Northrend trainers.
Jeremy's team is comprised of a mechanical (a tonk), a magical (a big floating eye), and a beast (monkey).
Consider using an elemental, dragonkin, and mechanical, respectively.

The new Master pet trainer at the Darkmoon Faire,
Jeremy Feasel
, rewards you with a goodie bag (
Darkmoon Pet Supplies
) if you complete his daily quest. He also rewards 11 gold, 40 silver and five
Darkmoon Prize Tickets
.The daily of course, is a pet battle! This daily like the other pet battle dailys, is account bound. Only one of your characters can do this per
day
.
Darkmoon Eye
This new pet has a random chance of dropping from the goodie bag. To challenge him, it costs only one
Darkmoon game token
.
Don't forget to challenge him everyday while the Faire is on, as it only lasts for a week! Good luck to everyone, on getting this new and exciting pet! :)
For people who are after the achievements, defeating this new trainer
does not count
towards the achievement
Taming the World
, and you don't get Darkmoon Faire rep for completing this daily.
His pets are:
A
Darkmoon Tonk
named '

-1745 Health
-294 Power, 280 Speed
Abilities:

-1587 Health
-329 Power, 276 Speed
Abilities:

,
Darkmoon Curse
and
Focused Beams
.
Tip
: Bring a pet with
Elemental
attacks to beat Jeremy's Darkmoon Tonk, it hits very hard and is good to get it down as soon as possible!
I personally like the
Fel Flame
for this fight.
For the Darkmoon Monkey, I prefer the
Clockwork Rocket Bot
. He does heavy damage to beasts and when he dies, he comes back to life (since he is a mechanical) giving you another chance. The
Minefield
and
Sticky Grenade
attacks are nice to have for this fight.
*Edit* Sorry I mentioned Aquatic before. Aquatic wouldn't be a great choice for this fight.
Mixed that up with another comment. Has been fixed though. Thank you for the heads up!

All critters from mop. I usually sell my high level pets so i can level them up and buy others. But i caught 2 critters to keep from mists. I already had a level 25 from hyjal.
all blue quality
南洋箭鼠
多莱野兔
防火蟑螂
I always use the quill rat first. which fights the eye.
He will then use his tonk. If my quill rat is alive i will use the dot on him. Then i will use the roach to use swarm. By then i am barely alive againt the monkey. he will then use probably stun on the critter. which is a wasted turn. If i manage to get a swarm on him.
I am left with my hare. i use the flurry attacks. which hit 250-250-250 if im lucky. then i take his hit or hopefully the stun. I then use dodge and hit him again with the flurry. i then use burrow. then finish him off. this guide is meant for peeps not wanting to level pets just to fight him. But catch already leveled 24s.

My team for this:
start with XT with Tantrum on eye, you cannot really lose to this. This also weakens the monkey enough.
Try to deal as much dmg to the bot with XT as possible, then let XT die to switch out something (I usually use either Celestial Dragon or Rapana Whelk) to finish the robot. Once monkey comes, it should stun your current pet and then whittle down it. Once your last pet (Wild Jade Hatchling) comes, Lift-off and Call Lightning should be enough to finish the monkey off.
Never lost to this guy.

Chipmunk's Nut Barrage, Strider's Pump and Tonk's Charge which always goes first were the deciding factors.

What's up with that monkey? I get no attacks in at all, they just skip. Not because I'm stunned, because you have to press 'pass' then and it says you are stunned as well. I just line up an attack, he throws bananas, another spell, another spell, my turn passes without doing anything and he just goes again. I might get one hit in over a complete fight. It's ridiculous!

He can be battled continuously as long as you don't claim your reward. Although trying to level a pet this way is practically impossible because of all the stuns and speed reductions.

This Master Pet Tamer will be incredibly easy with the following setup:
永恒雏龙
with Tail Sweep / Healing Flame / Early Advantage
邪焰
with Burn / Immolate / Conflagrate
迷你雷神
with Missile / Toxic Smoke / Launch Rocket
For me, the fight started with
永恒雏龙
vs
审判
. Tail Sweep until you kill him. He will be faster than you, so you'll deal a ton of damage each turn. When he died, my pet was low on health, so when he faced
叮当坦克
, I was able to remove ~50% of his HP with Early Advantage before dying. Then switch to
邪焰
and finish the job with an Immolate + Conflagrate combo.
After he dies, just burn as much HP as you can from
菲兹维克
before he kills you. Then
迷你雷神
will have an easy task of finishing him off.
Was probably slightly lucky with the pets lining up in my exact counter-order, but this is certainly a good starting point.

Soloed this guy today entirely with a
兰德鲁的小拆
(from the TCG) which is nearly identical to
小拆
(pet store). Used a similar tactic as @MyPetsAreEpic below, but used a more powerful pet! He has similar abilites to the
便携式世界毁灭者
but seems to be a bit stronger (although, the cooldown on
兰德鲁的小拆
's abilities are longer).
Feasel put out
审判
first which does almost no damage to XT, used
发脾气
passed a turn to let hp go down a little lower before hitting
修理
, along with moving the CD on tantrum a little closer to running out, then repeated. By the time i had killed
审判
,
菲兹维克
was nearly dead, used
发脾气
again on
叮当坦克
who was pretty weakened, and think i had to use
静电震击
once to finish him off (
菲兹维克
died beforehand). My
兰德鲁的小拆
did die once in the fight, but was saved due to the mechanical special ability, a repair went off same turn healing him near to full.
EDIT: this entire tactic was chosen based on avoiding that horrible bugged monkey! and it worked :D!
UPDATE: I've only done it once so far this month, but this tactic seems to be less effective this month, will update later on in the week if damage stays this low.l

(At least for now) You can repeat this fight as often as you'd like, provided you do not turn in the quest for defeating him. It costs a game token each time, of course, but it's actually pretty great for leveling pets.
I use the following team, with these abilities:
Level 25
小拆
with
静电震击
,
修理
and
发脾气
Level 25 rare
邪焰
with
燃烧
,
献祭
and
燃烧
Any third pet of your choice, ideally strong enough to survive one hit from Fezwick (~400 health) but not always necessary.
Start with Lil' XT, ideally you want Judgement first and (again for now) I retreat if it's anyone else. Lil' XT takes reduced damage from Judgements attacks. Start off with Tympanic Tantrum, then repair. You'll need to Zap (or pass) once, before Tympanic comes up again. Use Tympanic again. Then Zap or pass, make sure *not* to kill Judgement this turn. Then Repair again. You should have Judgement almost dead and Lil' XT at basically full health. Tympanic Tantrum a third time. This one may kill Judgement in the middle and summon Honky Tonk, but that's fine. The goal is to get Fezwick almost dead before he even joins the battle.
Once that Tympanic Tantrum is over, summon Fel Flame. This match-up is so unfair it's kind of hilarious. Honky Tonk is already at, or below, 75% health thanks to Tantrums, plus Fel Flame takes reduced damage from all of his abilities. Put Immolate up first. Here's the best part, if you Conflagrate Honky Tonk while he's burning and the first hit kills him, the second hit will kill him as soon as he respawns from his Mechanical passive. So basically after immolating him, just use Burn as needed to get him low enough that one hits worth of Conflagrate will kill him the first time, and you'll finish him off with it.
Now you have Fezwick up, hopefully with only about 100-200 health. As soon as Fezwick joins the battle, swap in your leveling pet. Fezwick will almost always lead off with his stun, which does no damage, but getting hit by it will count as participating in the battle for the purposes of getting your pet XP. Once the stun goes off (or after getting hit once) immediately swap your leveling pet back out for whichever of XT or Fel Flame is more likely to survive long enough to finish Fezwick off (Lil' XT is ideal, because his attacks are strong, but either one should be able to do it).
This method works pretty well, and has been getting some of my lower level pets 2 levels per battle. Once I'm done, I usually just ride around the island looking for rare Crows until my pet heal comes back up, and then repeat it all again.

Please note that while there are many good pets to do the burn + Conflagrate combo,
熊猫人火灵
is one you should really look at using for this fight due to his speed. Most if not all of the other options are slower than the tonk, and while you'll still beat it, you'll be nearly dead most likely, making your elemental far less useful at taking out the other pet. This is somewhat of an abnormality as usually trainer pets are so much faster (due to having higher stats) that you can't feasibly get a speed advantage on them.

Been fiddling around with this guy for a little bit, and I think I got a nice setup for you to defeat him with two level 25 pets, leaving room to level a lowbie. But not too low. ~500+ health is best.
You'll want Lil' Tarecgosa with Breath, Surge of Power, and Arcane Storm; Fluxfire Feline with Claw, Wind-Up, and Supercharge; and whatever lowbie you want to level up.
Begin with Fluxfire Feline and reroll him until you get the tonk first. Supercharge, Wind-Up, Wind-Up and tonk is done for. Out comes eye. Wind-Up, Supercharge, then stop. Magic pets can't take more than 40% of their max health from one hit, so your one-shot is useless. Swap out for your Lil' Tarecgosa.
Take down the eye with Breath, and make sure you put up Arcane Storm before the eye dies, this is important. The last pet loves to stun and Arcane Storm makes you immune.
Monkey comes out. Blast it with Surge of Power for a nice hit since you have the 50% dragonkin bonus from taking out the eye. Tarecgosa will likely die during recharge. That's fine. Switch to your lowbie pet, and use one move to make sure you get experience. That's where the 500+ health part comes in. You WILL get smacked a bit.
Switch to Fluxfire Feline, and let off that Supercharged, Wound-Up Wind-Up you set up against the eye and you win. You're immune to stun so even if the monkey is quicker and kills you, since you took some damage against the tonk and eye, the mechanical racial brings you back to take him down.
Sadly this guy doesn't seem to give as much experience as the Pandaren tamers, either living or spirit. My level 19 Darkmoon Tonk only got ~2.5k experience with the Safari Hat. But anyway I hope this is useful for you.

2) Once little Ony bites the dust, hit the mob once with the pet you are leveling.
3)

Before, I had trouble with this guy like everyone else it seems.
Now, (5.2) I have more pets leveled to better deal with this guy.
My particular load out is:
1) Nexus Whelpling. With Frost Breath, Mana Surge, Arcane Storm.
2) Crimson Geode. With Spark,Amplify Magic, Stone Rush.
3) Clockwork Gnome. With Metal Fist,Repair,Build Turret.
Nexus Whelpling, use Frost Breath til Judgement is nearly dead. Use Arcane Storm to finish him off, this will help greatly with the monkey.
Crimson Geode, Amplify Magic, then Spark til Honky Tonk is down.
Clockwork Gnome, Build Turret, Metal Fist, then Turret again when off cool down.
If you are lucky, you will have 3 rounds, maybe only 2 left of Arcane Storm when the fight with Fezwick starts.
Even if Arcane Storm ends, the turrets will continue to damage the monkey til your pet is no longer stunned.

I decided to try to beat this guy with just two pets and a trainee and succeded. I actually came here to comment about the lower than expected exp (just 2300ish with
狩猎帽
equipped and difficulty bonus) but I see it's already been mentioned so I'll just throw in my $0.02 on strategy so my trip won't be completely wasted.
My team for defeating with two pets and a trainee was
星界灵龙
with breath, arcane storm, and moonfire (third move is irrelivant since both change the weather to moonlight and we want arcane storm) and
步行炸弹
with batter, minefield, and explode.
I killed the eye with the dragon using breath and arcane storm first off on the tonk, then did as much damage to the tonk as I could with breath before the dragon died. Put out the bombling and laid a minefield then killed the tonk with batter. One batter after the minefield hit it got the monkey below 650 health and then used explode to kill it. If explode ever goes back to being affected by type modifiers (idk if it is a glitch or not) it will not require a hit in addition to minefield's damage to get the monkey in range of being finished off by explode.
The celestial dragon is not exceptionally powerful and there are likely better options out there but it is all I have with arcane storm at 25 at the time of me posting this (and it is cute, can't forget the cute factor). The beauty of using explode to finish off the monkey is then any live back line pets (should only be the trainee left) get the exp for the battle which means there is no need to risk the trainee's life by putting it out for an attack which means any level of pet can be trained (I trained a level 1) since it will not actually see battle.

I don't know if I got just super lucky or what, but I beat him easily with:
rare emerald proto-drake (this drake or the celestial dragon can just destroy judgement (the eye) in a few hits.
an uncommon fel flame
celestial dragon for fezwick
Judgement completely missed 3 attacks on my emerald proto-drake, so she went into the fight against honky tonk at full health.
She defeated honky tonk pretty easily as he missed 2 attacks.
She went into the fight with fezwick with half health.
I was able to hit him with a proto strike before emerald went down.
I tagged in the fel flame and set fezwick on fire before he easily defeated the fel flame.
Next came celestial dragon who held on well healing herself and did damage with her dragon breath until fezwick finally burned to death.
I still can't believe I made it all the way up to Fezwick with 1 pet, but needless to say, I am super impressed with the emerald proto-drake.
I don't know if it was a fluke or what, but plan to try again with the same team.

I believe I've found a way to 2-pet this trainer that works in 5.2 Because the enemy uses random abilities, this is a slightly unreliable method, but overall it generally seems to work
1) Start with
https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/npc=34587
. To use this, you'll need to upgrade it with a battle stone. If you don't have one, I suspect
暗月坦克
will work, though likely a little less reliable. The enemy starts with his eye, which hits weak against mechanical enemies. You want to use Extra Plating as much as possible, put down a Minefield, then simply Missile the Eye to death.
2) Enemy brings out his Darkmoon Tonk. Use Extra Plating as much as possible, get a new Minefield down, and hit it with as many Missiles as you can.
3) When your Tonk dies, bring out your low level pet. Note that level 1's can sometimes work as it's common, but not guaranteed, that the enemy Tonk will start by casting Lock On, which will do no damage. Not recommended, however, as there's a chance he will not use Lock On.
4) Bring out
https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/npc=67319
. You'll want to Trample the enemy Tonk to death. You have no particular advantage against the Tonk, but your first pet should have taken out over half its health, allowing you to win in a slugfest. You only need to survive with 1 health left as you won't take any damage after the enemy Tonk dies.
5) Enemy brings out his dreaded monkey. The Minefield knocks it down to roughly 650 health. Trample it once. The enemy starts by stunning you, but you are faster, so the Trample will hit first. Furthermore, being a critter, the stun wears off before the next turn, essentially having no effect. Finish off the enemy with Predatory Strike, and you win.

If you are like me and don't yet have the perfect team for battling this guy's pets, then you might want to consider a strategy like mine:
I use a magic pet like Nordrassil Wisp to fight Judgement. Use Flash to blind him and use Soul Ward to block attacks. He missed my pet often because of Flash, making up for the fact that you can not use a strong attack against him. Your magic pet will likely survive into the next round so you can use Flash on Honky-Tonk to give your next pet an edge, in fact it survived a few rounds of Honky-Tonk for me.
An excellent pet against Honky-Tonk (after your first pet dies) is a fire elemental like Emerald Shale Hatchling. Use Stone Rush for big damage (if you are lucky you will take out almost all his health with a critical attack) then use Burn until you finish him off. Once he dies its on to Fezwick.
I used a spider to kill Fezwick because I had nothing better basically. I used Strike, Brittle Webbing, and Spiderling Swarm against him. I don't recommend that you use the Sticky Web/Leech Life strategy because he can dodge Sticky Web, and just one dodge can easily ruin that strategy. It also makes a big difference if your fire elemental lived long enough to face Fezwick because if he uses his stun attack against it then your last pet will be free to do more damage. Plan your attacks carefully and this strategy may work, I have tried it with success but can't yet say how often it will likely work. Good luck!

Today I fought Feasel with an
Infinite Whelpling
,
Lil' Ragnaros
and a
Tranquil Mechanical Yeti
.
I defeated
Judgement
easily with a few
Tail Sweep
s, but I was lucky enough to have the Dragonkin
"execute buff"
activate after I defeated it. So, when Feasel's
Honky-Tonk
entered the fray, I used my Infinite Whelpling's
Early Advantage
and absolutely
OBLITERATED
that tonk! Early Advantage successfully hit twice because my Infinite Whelpling had less than 400HP, and one of the two hits was a >1000 crit...
IT WAS
GLORIOUS
!
I finished off the tonk (after it used up its
Failsafe
) with a
Flamethrower
from Lil' Ragnaros, and then I destroyed
Fezwick
with
Call Lightning
and
Ion Cannon
from my TMY.
Honestly, all it takes to defeat this guy is hard-countering with a
Dragonkin
pet, an
Elemental
pet and a
Mechanical
pet.
Have fun fellow
Tamers

Many battles changed with 5.3, but I don't think Jeremy did.
I used :
Onyxian Whelpling with Tail Sweep, Healing Flame and Deep Breath
Fel Flame with Burn, Immolate, and Conflagrate
Personal World Destroyer with Metal Fist, Supercharge and Screeching Gears
and the battle was easy. All were (or upgraded to) rare and level 25.

My new favourite two-pet combo for this fight is
小拆
and
白色猫头鹰
(both level 25 rares). I start with Lil' XT and use his Heartbroken ability immediately followed by Tympanic Tantrum. Once Lil' XT is dead (he kills Judgement pretty easily and usually gets Honky-Tonk to around 50% or less) I swap in my levelling pet for a couple of rounds (just to burn down Honky-Tonk a little more) and then Snowy Owl. I like the owl because he's faster than Fezwick so can get in a Predatory Strike before Fezwick can stun him. If Fezwick took three rounds of damage from the Tympanic Tantrum earlier, this will generally kill him or get him very close, so that the next attack finishes him off.

The first time I used this combo of pets, they weren't all at max level and I won, leaving me wondering if I had just been very lucky. They are now all maxed and it went exactly as the 1st battle went. So here was my take:
Used
诺达希尔小精灵
first up.
闪光
gives you the first "punch" in the fight. It's a 100% hit chance, and as a bonus there is a pretty good chance that over the next 2 rounds, one or both of Judgements attacks will miss. Followed flash with
朗照
(also 100% hit chance). While those are CD, use
魔爆术
, which has the added bonus of doing damage to the back-line pets. As soon as CD over restart cycle.
The
诺达希尔小精灵
should still be up and kicking after judgement is down. If you are fortunate it will be at the end of the CD and you can use blinded to good effect again, if not, I use arcane explosion till dead (just like the added damage to the monkey)
Next up,
小拉格
.
烈焰喷射
as first cast, and
焚烧
as second (combined with accumulated damage from the arcane explosions) should be enough to take it to resurrection stage. 2 hits of
熔岩波
(again lands damage to the back line) and it monkey time.
By the time that Fezwick makes his appearance, his health is more than half done.
I use
蝙蝠
. 1st cast
夜袭
(if it lands) makes this a very short fight. If it misses, the monkey is still low enough on health that 3 casts of
尖啸
(hits before the monkey) , or 2 hits of
撕咬
, or a combo of the 2, will see you getting your
暗月宠物补给
with hopefully
暗月之眼
inside.
Hope this helps
GL !

I wanted to follow the advice of people on this thread and use a Dragonkin, Mechanical and elemental, but I do not have a Dragonkin leveled high enough, so this is how I beat Jeremy:
Judgement-- Used Mechanical (Sunreaver Micro-Sentry)
Honky-Tonk-- Used Elemental (Lava Crab)
Fezwick-- Used Beast (Jungle Grub)
I did not switch pets until they either died or I was "silenced" for a turn. My Mechanical lasted half way thru the second pet (Honky-Tonk), and I finished off Honky-Tonk with my Lava Crab. Fezwick "silenced" me and I was forced to switch to my Jungle Grub (my weakest pet). This bought a little time and dealt a little damage until I was able to finish Fezwick off with my Lava Crab. I won just barely-- with 16 HP left.
What did I get for winning? Not a thing-- just the personal satisfaction of beating him. Sigh.
Edit: corrected typos

I use:
-> Any pet you want to level as long as they can survive for one attack
->
Sunreaver Micro-Sentry
- Fel Immolate, Haywire, Call Lightning
->
Clockwork Gnome
- Metal Fist, Build Turret
Start with your leveling pet for one ability/attack (doesn't matter if the ability miss) then switch to
Sunreaver Micro-Sentry
. Start with Fel Immolate/Haywire to kill the first pet, then spam Fel Immolate on Honky-Tonk till you are about to die. Then cast Call of Lightning when you know the next attack from Honky-Tonk is about to kill you and proc your Failsafe.
After that use
Clockwork Gnome
Build Turret - Metal Fist until Honky-Tonk die. 90% of the time Fezwick will stun you during his very first round, once the stun is over build another turret then watch as the 2 turrets tear him apart.
(with Call of Lightning each turret will do around 320-330 dmg per round, 640-660 with 2 turret up)
Sometimes if your
Clockwork Gnome
die during the same round that the turrets kill Fezwick you will not see your pet get xp and level up but don't worry, if you look at your pet in the menu you will see that he did received xp and level.
---Edit: In Patch 5.4 Call of Lightning only last 5 round instead of 9.

I use my
跳跳兔
against the Eye,
黄宝石钻孔幼蛛
against his Tonk, and my
暗月坦克
against his Monkey. Struggled with a few different combos but this one has won for me every time. If I had a level 25 Dragonkin I would swap it for the Hopling but this works in the mean time.

For boosting my lowbie I went with
Phoenix Hatchling
and
Clockwork Gnome
.
Start with lowbie, it will get hit for 150 and swtich to Gnome.
Drop a Turret on the eye, hit it once or twice with your regular attack and repair while turret still is up.
Switch to Hatchling on next pet, Immolate + Conflagrate, finish it by hitting twice with Burn (it will ressurect), tonk is down.
Use Immolate on monkey, you should get stunned - switch to gnome, drop a turret, DPS him as much as you can (personally I only got to drop a turret on the round when gnome died, it's okay). Finish the job with Hatchling, who should have Conflagrate off-cd at this time (with Immolate still on the monkey).
4750 XP for level 11 pet.

It's Friday night at the Darkmoon Faire, and I just beat Jeremy Feasel's team with a Spawn of Onxyia, a Fel Flame and a Darkmoon Tonk. This is not extraordinary, or terribly worthy of comment.
What
is
, is that Judgement and Honky-Tonk, when not engaged in battle, were appearing to me as glowing white magicspawn monsters -- like something you'd see in the Emerald Nightmare, or bleached small Sha, all tentacles and mouth.
I'm wondering if I'm the only one who saw this; or if it was some mage transformation trick; or maybe it's something behind the Faire itself.

Beat this guy today with some pretty weak pets. I'd like to note that the bug with Fezwick permanently stunning your pets has been fixed.
I used:
a rare level 20
Anodized Robo Cub
(takes 33% less damage from magic ),
an uncommon level 21
Forest Moth
(takes 33% less damage from beast ),
and a level 23 uncommon,
Electrified Razortooth
(takes 33% less damage from mechanical )
As you can see two of my pets weren't rare, and the highest was 23, and the fight was still relatively easy (you just have to start with the pet that counters his first pet (which was Judgement in my case)). I'm pretty sure any mechanical, flying, and elemental combo will work, especially if at level 25 and/or rare quality.

Just defeated this Tamer with only 2 Pets. Clockwork Gnome + Clockwork Gnome.
You need 2x Level 25 Clockwork Gnomes and use Turrets every moment they come available, Easy Peasy, I did have a bone spider on hand just incase but i didn't even need to use it.

He starts with the eye typically, then tonk then monkey.
I went with mechanical vs the eye, put up a turret... punch until second turret it available.. put that up.. then hit the 2 round heal. After killing the mech, and at half health I switched to my elemental pet and killed off the tonk, switched to my flier and attacked the monkey. The flyer died with monkey at about 400 health or so, and I switched to my half health mechanical (strong vs beast) to finish him.
It was pretty simple!
Pet breakdown:
Mechanical: 25 rare Clockwork Gnome
发条侏儒
Elemental: 22 rare Amethyst Shale Hatchling
紫晶幼岩蛛
Flier: 25 rare Shrine Fly

2 Pet easy win:
1)
小拆
with
静电震击
–
心碎
-
发脾气
2)
邪焰
with
火息术
–
炙灼之土
-
燃烧
3) Carry Pet of your choice (preferably that can handle the monkey if thats your choice, or try him first, whichever works for you).
Lead off with
小拆
.
Open with his
心碎
ability.
Follow with his
发脾气
.
Pull him out as soon as he finishes his Tantrum.
Now Put in your
邪焰
.
Open with his
炙灼之土
Follow with
火息术
Then
燃烧
.
N.B. If at any time your Fel Flame gets stunned, just pass and leave him there for the turn.
By now, 9 times out of 10, the first 2 pets are dead and the monkey has very little left. You should be able to 1 shot him with the Fel Flame, or your carry pet (if he wasn't your first pet).
Please let me know if you have the same success that I do.
Good luck and happy pet battling!

This is the first time I have attempted to beat this trainer, and I did not have any level 25 pets available but I finally beat him.
I used my
奥妮克希亚的雏龙
, Onyxia Whelping ( level 22 ),
邪焰
Fel Flame ( 21 ), and
燃灰幼蛛
Ash Spiderling ( 23 ).
I set up for Onyxia to start first. I didn't even bother to use
深呼吸
because I was lower level and missed frequently.
扫尾
The tail sweep killed the Darkmoon eye in 3 rounds, leaving Onyxia with a little under half health.
I switched to Fel Flame and used Immolate, to keep doing damage since the tank takes high damage from this pet. I ended the fight with about 300 hp left, which worked for me.
I waited on switching because the Darkmoon monkey always uses the stun first, but does no damage and is on a 5 round cd. He used that on my Fel Flame, and then I switched pets. I used Brittle Webbing, which made a HUGE difference. ( I tried this once without having this ability available, and I couldn't beat him. ) I switched when the stun ability became available, and then switched to my Fel Flame again, because my Ash Spiderling was getting low. He managed to kill my flame, but I still had two pets alive and finally beat him! :)
This is a frustrating fight until you get the right combination correct. I was told by many people that I would be unable to beat him because none of my pets were level 25, so I'm glad to see that they were incorrect. I did not want to miss this because I was too low level.

I tried this guy last month when I was first pet battling and he destroyed all three of my pets (I had a couple 20's and a 15) with barely a scratch. I leveled a few pets specifically for the fight and was convinced he would open another can of whoopass on me. The outcome?
No problem winning on the first try. Here's the order of my lineup, all rares and 25.
1. Wild Crimson Hatchling
(s/s)
Abilities: Breath, Scorched Earth, Liftoff (never used)
He killed Judgement and got a shot on Honky Tonk before I switched him out.
2. Anubisath Idol
(h/h)
Abilities: Demolish, Sandstorm, Rupture
My Anubisath hit his Honky Tonk pretty hard, then Jeremy sent Fezwick in. My Anubisath threw Sandstorm, Rupture and Demolish on Fezwick to deal some decent damage, then died.
3. Clockwork Gnome
(s/b)
Abilities: Metal fist, Repair (never used), and Launch Rocket (never used)
Since my Clockwork Gnome came in after Fezwick was decently injured, he didn't need to do lots of damage. Metal fist was great and he survived with plenty of health. At this point his Judgement and Fezwick were dead. But then Honky Tonk came back and that's the only place I had an issue with my mechanical against his mechanical. However, simply using Metal Fist when it was available was enough to kill off Honky Tonk.
In the end my Wild Crimson Hatchling had 77 health, my Anubisath Idol was dead, and my Clockwork Gnome had 309 health.
For the fight I got:
19 Gold, 84 Silver, 50 Copper.
.
x5.
From the Darkmoon Pet Supplies bag I got:
x4.
.
x5.

Here is my setup for defeating this boss without depending too much on RNG:
Blossoming Ancient (Blizz store)
Darkmoon Tonk
carry pet
Starting with Blossoming Ancient, round 1 I initiate with Sunlight, round two Photosynthesis, keep both these two active at all time, if your forced to choose(both expire same round), use Photo over Sun, spam Ironbark as filler. I soaked pretty much every single attack, if you dodge any attacks its your win, if opponent doges attacks it simply doesn't matter.
I was effectively killing both Judgement (the magic eye) AND the tonk and Blossoming Ancient was still at good health. At this point i reached monkey, i click Pass until he dies, when he dies, i put in carry pet, and then instantly put in tonk. Shock and Awe followed by Ion Canon (95% hit and 100% hit) kills him.

With this team, I can beat the guy with all three of my pets still alive at the end!
25 rare Infinite Whelpling (Sleeping Gas, Healing Flame, Early Advantage)
25 rare Tiny Bog Beast (Clobber, Lash, Poison Lash)
25 uncommon Highlands Turkey (Peck, Squawk, Food Coma)
With the whelpling, I pretty much spam Sleeping Gas, throwing in a heal when needed and using Early Advantage only against the tonk. The first two pets switch back and forth when the Sleeping Gas procs, but the whelpling handles them just fine. When the whelpling gets low on health, I switch in the bog beast.
Bog beast puts up his poison and then spams Lash, but uses Clobber on the monkey at the first opportunity. Once his health gets low, in comes the turkey.
Turkey smacks the monkey with Food Coma, then one Peck is all it takes to finish the fight.

My team against him: easy to capture/find pets and quite efective (with a little bit of luck managed to get him down second try and one pet had half hp)
Fisrt Leaping Hatchling ( find him on a nest on northern barrens, easy enough even for lowbies or found in your local AH) turned rare
Used his Bite skill mostly to kill the eye. Also used Screech (reduces enemy's speed). If you manage to kill the eye with him use the Devour skill as the last hit and heal yourself. (didn't do it but could make things easier later)
Being rare he is faster than the eye and should do fine.
Second used Crimsom Shale Hatchling (found in deepholm) but can also use any other colour (Topaz Shale Hatchling, Amethist Shale Hatchling...) or even the Tiny Shale Spider (droped from a Jadefang, rare in deepholm too and can be bought). The Tiny Shale Spider is already rare always while the others might take some farming.
Used Burn as main DPS and kept Stone Skin up (kind of an armor).
The shale hatchlings are elemental so get low hits from mechanical being obviously a good choice against the mechanical tonk and also Burn as an elemental skill is quite strong.
Last for the monkey I used the darkmoon tonk: kept spaming Lock-On and managed to get him down while my tonk's hp was half full!
Everyone finds the way that seems good for them I know just thought I'd share mine if someone wants to give a try.
A few others I've seen people use and get good result are: infinite whelpling for the heals and good hits, singing sunflower (same), and arctic hare (or something similar) with the build for speed even being technicaly weak against the monkey can do a good job on him since he 2 skills that makes the oponent miss him 100% and is quite fast to atack first.

Team:
Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling
using Breath, Thunderbolt, and Decoy.
Fel Flame
using Burn, Immolate, and Conflagrate.
Darkmoon Zeppelin
using Missile, Bombing Run, and Decoy.
Strat:
1. Start out with your Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling against Judgement. Use Thunderbolt, (Judgement usually only does a two round debuff on you), so this gives you a chance to damage the back pets (and it's a strong attack against Honky-Tonk). Use Decoy, (this will block two rounds, so you don't need to worry about the first debuff). Use Breath until you kill him.
~ The Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling is pretty perfect against Judgement because it's a mechanical pet with dragonkin abilities. If you get good RNG, you will solo Judgement and can even kill (or get close to killing) the next pet Jeremy has, Honky-Tonk. And if you do kill the first two pets, save your Decoy for when Fezwick uses Clobber (that annoying stun he does on his first turn) to completely avoid it.
~ If the odds are not in your favor, and your Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling dies, your Fel Flame is very strong against Honky-Tonk.
2. Honky-Tonk should already be damaged (because you used Thunderbolt against him on the first move), so use Immolate and then Conflagrate. This usually completely kills him, but if it doesn't, spam Burn until he's done. Keep your Fel Flame out to soak up the stun Fezwick does his first turn. Your Fel Flame will probably die (and that's ok). When he does bring in your Darkmoon Zeppelin.
3. Use Bombing Run, then spam Missile until Clobber (the stun) is available. Use Decoy to avoid Fezwick's stun. (Note: If bananas are falling from Banana Barrage, that will eat up your decoy. So make sure you use Decoy right before Clobber is available.) Keep spamming Missile until Fezwick's done.
GG! You've now successfully beaten the Darkmoon Pet Battle Master Jeremy Feasel!

Fossilized Hatchling
Anubisath Idol
Start off with the hatchling using bonestorm then claw then ancient blessing(if he didn't miss) and then continue using claw and bonestorm > ancient blessing on cooldown. Judgement should be dead after you revive and other pets should have 70% of HP.
Now darkmoon tonk just spam missile and use minefield when you are about to die. When you die finish his pet with Anubisath Idol using sandstorm. When his monkey comes in he gets 800 damage from minefield and should be left with about 100hp. Use deflection first (he uses stun) and then crush for the win.

I used Lil"XT first and just kept doing Tantrum and healing since the eye doesn't hurt much. First time he killed the monkey in background before eye went down. Second time almost killed him, use zap when everything else is on cool down.
I then came in with my Water Waveling use frost shock to get first hits and geyser right after first shock. Easy as sin, hopes it helps...................had my Whelping just in case and never used him( all pets rare status).

Infinite Whelpling
is probably one of the best opening pets for this quest with
Tail Sweep
,
Healing Flame
, and
Early Advantage
. Since the infinite whelpling is slower than Judgement, Tail Sweep will always double hit, allowing you to bypass the 35% damage limit from the Magic passive. Just keep Healing Flame on cd, then when Honky-Tonk shows up, use Early Advantage for a nice big (800+ damage) hit before your Whelpling dies.

Beat this easily tonight with the following team:
Tolai Hare
Clockwork Gnome
Darkmoon Tonk
The Hare first vs the magical eye thing: Burrow, Dodge, then Scratch until Burrow is up, then Dodge. The Hare lasted long enough to take a couple potshots at the 2nd pet.
The Clockwork Gnome second, turret, then railgun until you can build another turret, then repeat, railgun until turret. I managed to get a total of 3 turrets up before my gnome died.
The tonk made quick work of this. The "cheat" that the monkey uses was used up on the Gnome, so my tonk had no issues. (Just kept using Missiles with the tonk.)

A great trio for this guy:
Infinite Whelpling
(Dragon),
Sapphire Cub
(Ele),
Clockwork Gnome
(Mech).
- Start with Infinite Whelp and spam Tail Sweep (2x against Magic), using Healing Flame when available.
- Once the magic pet is down, use the whelp's Early Advantage (2x against mechs) against the tonk. From here, you should be able to chop most of his health down before your whelp dies.
- Send in the Sapphire Cub and finish off the tonk. At this point Fezwick will come out and likely stun your elemental, allowing you to send in the Clockwork Gnome.
- Now you can just start building turrets and fill with Metal Fist until the monkey is dead.
The Infinite Whelping is almost perfectly suited for this fight, as a Dragonkin with both Magic and Elelemental offensive abilities (as well as heals). I suspect almost any Elemental with solid offensive Elemental abilities could be used in the second slot, and as others have mentioned, the Darkmoon Tonk and Zeppelin (the latter with Decoy) can be effective against Fezwick if you don't have a Clockwork Gnome.
Happy battling!

I used this 3 team combo and it worked out well for me. Hope it helps some of you who don't have a large assortment of pets.
Since I didn't have a level 25 dragon kin to start off against the Eye, I used my rare level 25
兴奋的萤火虫
. I started off with Confusing Sting, then Glowing Toxin and then Slicing Wind until it died. At this point, the Eye only had 20% health left. Next I used my rare level 25
熊猫人火灵
to finish off the eye. I threw Immolate and Burn and Mr. Eye was dead. When the Tonk came up, I used Immolate, Burn and Cauterize (for heals). Mr. Tonk revived but I threw a Burn at him and he was scrap metal. Finally, the dreaded Monkey showed up. I used Immolate and then he stunned me for a round. I brought up my rare level 25
阿努比萨斯人偶
and threw a Sandstorm, Deflection and spammed Demolish till the Monkey died.
I am sure there are many different combos that can be used but this one worked for the pets that I had. Thank you and Good Luck.

For me he sends his pets out always in this order Eye, Tonk, Monkey. i do this quest using these rares:
1st
Fluxfire Feline
(for the eye)
-Pounce/claw
-Flux
(will also damage the monkey)
-Supercharge
Supercharge, Flux, Pounce or claw until Supercharge is up again.
2nd
Dark Phoenix Hatchling
(very good against the tonk)
-Burn
-Darkflame+
-Conflagrate+
Darkflame, Conflagrate, Burn, Burn, repeat. keep it out until monkey stuns.
3rd
Personal World Destroyer
(for the monkey, abilities are up to you but i use these)
-Metal Fist+
-Supercharge
-Screeching Gears+
i use Screeching Gears to start because of the stun chance. from there i really only use Metal Fist that monkey will nuke you if you waste moves.
these have rarely ever lost in this order but sometimes Jeremy will have a good crit run with his pets. sometimes i keep all pets alive, others i use each until it dies.

He can be beaten easily with a (blue/lvl 25) SINGING SUNFLOWER and a (blue/lvl 25) BLOSSOMING ANCIENT (and whatever other pet you want to level). Start with the Sunflower and cast Photosynthesis follwed by Sunlight. Switch to the Blossoming Ancient and repeat (Photosynthesis then Sunlight). Switch back to the Sunflower and repeat, etc. The Sunflower and the Ancient heal completely between uses (with the bonus from the Sunlight) and it destroys the backline pets in the process. I can kill all the backline pets (including Honky-Tonk's mechanical rebirth) and still be on Judgement. Just be sure to swap in the pet you want to level near the end. It needs to take a good size hit - but then swap it out and finish with the Sunflower/Ancient. This DOES take a while, but I have yet to lose doing this.

However, until Blizzard decide to agree with me, I've managed to put up the following team, and they seem to work just fine for me. I hope they do for you as well. ;)
All of the pets I used were Lvl 25 and Rare.
翡翠始祖龙宝宝
Skills:
吐息
翡翠灵气
翡翠梦境
暗色凤凰宝宝
Skills:
燃烧
黑焰
黑暗重生
节点雏龙
Skills:
龙尾扫击
烧灼驱魔
--not used
奥术风暴
Tips:
翡翠始祖龙宝宝
vs.
审判
Keep
翡翠灵气
up from the start.
Don't bother with
翡翠梦境
. Chances are you won't need it.
Spam
吐息
.
暗色凤凰宝宝
vs.
叮当坦克
This is the key one. Spam
燃烧
until your pet is dead --
叮当坦克
will likely be in poor condition by then, most likely even already resurrected--, then bring in your
节点雏龙
and hit
奥术风暴
followed by
龙尾扫击
to finish
叮当坦克
off.
节点雏龙
vs.
菲兹维克
If things have gone as planned, you'll have an almost-healthy whelpling protected from
菲兹维克
's stuns for a few turns. Make the most of it. Your whelpling may die, but you'll still have your
翡翠始祖龙宝宝
to finish the job if necessary and claim the quest credit.

Had a decent team who would do well, but i've just found a fairly amazing team:
Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling
Fel Flame
Skywisp Moth (Never really needed)
The Dragonling eats both Judgement and HonkyTonk before it dies. The Skywisp moth isn't really essential, you could probably just use a levelling pet in all fairness.

I know it's probably pointless to post this but, the best team I've found that I've used against him is:
Infinite Whelpling
-Tail Sweep
-Healing Flame
-Early Advantage
Pet Bombling
-Zap
-Minefield
-Screeching Gears
Blackfuse Bombling
-Burn
-Flame Jet
-Explode
The Infinite Whelping should be able to tail sweep Judgement to victory pretty easily, especially combined with healing flame to take off some of the heavy damage it can put out. Eyeblast will keep Tail Sweep putting out full damage.
The Whelpling should then immediately use Early Advantage against Honky-Tonk as it'll massively devastate its HP, provided you're pretty low yourself. I normally allow my Whelpling to die here.
I then pull out my favourite pet, the Pet Bombling and immediately set up Minefield. Then it's just time to use Screeching Gears and pray for the stun to work. When Honky-Tonk gets stunned use Zap, as Jeremy will -always- send out Fezwick, and Zap allows you to push his HP down even lower after minefield chips off half of it. Then just Zap him into submission. If the bombling dies I send in the clean up bombling who can just burn him easily.
Cleaning up against Honky-Tonk is rather simple, as the Blackfuse Bombling's two remaining attacks are extra effective, provided you don't use Explode when he's your last pet!
Using the "double bomb" strategy as I call it; has won me many battles against Jeremy, and this composition has proven the easiest to use out of the many I've tried. If you can get a hand on the Blackfuse Bombling I suggest giving it a try, if not a strong elemental pet can pretty easily do the job as well. I just use the bombling for its Failsafe and Explode should things get bad. Hope this helps anyone!

Haven't lost yet, now I will probably jinx it, with this team
Infinite Whelpling
Living Sandling
Anub Idol
Whelpling easily kills eye as many have said. Any dragon with tail swipe will do, as long as it is slower. Had healing flame and time advantage but never needed them.
Switch to Sandling, quicksand then sand bolt Tonk to death. Tonk will go down quickly. When he regens as mech, cast Sandstorm
You can leave sandling in to cast another quicksand sand bolt, but you might get stunned, no worries, switch to idol. The sandstorm takes off any real damage bananas are doing, and idol just demolishes monkey. Even with his annoying misses!

Soloed him with lvl 24
Blossoming Ancient
. On the first try aswell. Skills I used were
Iron Bark
,
Photosynthesis
and
Sunlight
. Just keep Sunlight and the HoT up and spam Iron Bark. Easy! :3

I tend to use my Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling and Lil' Bling, taking a low level pet in between. The Dragonling will kill Judgement and take Honky-Tonk to low health. With a bit of lucky RNG you can take down Honky-Tonk as well but don't count on it. Either way, your Dragonling dies, depending on the level of your second pet, attack once or twice with it (you don't really have to but it might help) and swap to Lil' Bling. Fezwick is no match at all at this point.

1. Nexus Whelpling (Tail Sweep, Mana Surge, Arcane Storm)
2. Clockwork Gnome (Railgun, Repair, Build Turret)
3. Darkmoon Tonk (Missile, Shock & Awe, Lock-On).
vrs
1. Judgement (Eye) - Magic Pet.
2. Honky-Tonk (Tank) - Mechanical Pet (will rez after it dies first time).
3. Fezzwick (Beast)
Fight Action Plan
:
Nexus vrs Eye:
-> Mana Surge (3 rounds), Tail Sweep
Clockwork Gnome vrs Honky-Tonk:
Had Nexus still. Use Tail Sweet until he dies.
Then bring in Clockwork Gnome.
-> Build Turret, Railgun. Always restore Turret when ready.
Darkmoon Tonk vrs Fezwick (Monkey):
If you have Clockwork Gnome, Turret (if ready) then Railgun until Clockwork Gnome dies.
Then bring in Darkmoon Tonk.
-> Use Missile until Fezwick Dies.
I had almost a fully healed Darkmoon Tonk after this fight.

The way I do this:
Pet one:
幼年瓦格里
Shadow Slash
,
Curse of Doom
,
Unholy Ascension
Pet two:
凤凰宝宝
Burn
,
Cauterize
,
Conflagrate
Pet three:
Any pet about lvl 20-24.
幼年瓦格里
Takes down Jeremy's Darkmoon eye, and possibly even curses the Tonk. When your
幼年瓦格里
's
Undead
has activated, use
Unholy Ascension
.
凤凰宝宝
Easily takes out the tonk. Try to
Cauterize
before the Tonk dies, so the cooldown has finished after the stun or the monkey's big hit. You can just let this pet die, or switch it out just before the monkey dies, so you can finish off the monkey with the pet you are leveling. It gives pretty much xp.

I never lose a fight against him with these pets:
1.
Emerald Proto-Whelp
against his Judgement
2.
Corefire Imp
against his Honky-Tonk
3.
Cogblade Raptor
against Fezwick

After 4 tries I beat him on the 5th with;
Crimson Whelpling - Breath, Healing Flame, Deep Breath
Lava Crab - Burn, Cauterize, Magma Wave
Anubisath Idol - Demolish, Sandstorm, Rupture (This was the key since he shrugs off the falling bananas)

pretty much soloed him with
blossoming ancient
. i used
sunlight
,
photosynthesis
,
Ironbark
. then i just finished it off with an
Anubisath Idol
but you can use what ever cause the last one will be low enough where it wont matter to much.

As suggested by others
Blossoming Ancient
can solo Feasel, but it can also provide a perfect opportunity to level a pet (can be level 1, it'll take no damage):
Strategy: Start by tossing up a Photosynthesis with
BA
, then Sunlight, then Ironbark, Keep photosynthesis up and use Sunlight on cooldown. Keep doing this through both the Eye and the Tonk. When you get to the Monkey, immediately swap in your level 1 pet, it'll get stunned, then either bring in
BA
again or something that makes quicker work of the Monkey (I prefer
Darkmoon Tonk
which just chews through that damn Monkey!)
EDIT: I believe that Blizz has maybe tweaked Judgement's moves a bit. It's now using Focused Beams far more frequently than it ever used to. I've actually suffered a couple of losses with the latest iteration of the DMF. It still works more often than not, but it isn't as consistent (100%!) as it used to be.

Easy kill with Onyxian Whelping (use magic abilities), Lil' Ragnaros (use mechanical abilities), and Blue Clockwork Rocket Bot (use Beast abilities).

i used darkmoon tonk with minefield, rocket and cannon, untamed hatchling with instability, and tail sweep, and core hound pup with howl and burn, start with tonk, lay minefield, swap to untamed and use instability, and tail sweep, when he brings in tonk, swap back to your tonk and lay another minefield, then swap back to core hound, use howl then burn (devastating to the tonk) then finish him off with claw, when fezwick comes in the minefield takes 3/4ths of his health, swap in tonk, after the sleep and tear him up with ion cannon

If you are looking to level up a pet with this battle, here is how I have done this with the biggest success:
翡翠始祖龙宝宝
- Breath, Ancient Blessing, Proto-Strike
发条侏儒
- Metal Fist, Repair, Build Turret
Any third pet for leveling.
1) Open with
翡翠始祖龙宝宝
against
审判
. Use Proto-Strike, Breath, followed by Ancient Blessing. Continue using Breath till it drops.
2) As
叮当坦克
enters the battle, heal up with Ancient Blessing whenever possible, use Breath as filler, and try to do Proto-Strike in anticipation of Lock-On. (It will be a deal breaker if you get stunned by Shock and Awe, and if your whelp dies, you can try and pick up the pieces with the
发条侏儒
as it is faster than the tank.)
3) Switch to your leveling pet when
菲兹维克
enters the battle, soak up the stun, and switch to your
发条侏儒
. Use Build Turret, and run it down with Metal Fist.

For me to defeat
杰里米·费舍尔
and his 3 Battle Pets:
审判
,
叮当坦克
and
菲兹维克
, in that order, I use my
Scourged Whelping
's
Shadowflame
to defeat
审判
& a half of
叮当坦克
. Then I use my
Dark Phoenix Hatchling
's
Burn
. When I finally come against
菲兹维克
, I purposely have
Robo-Chick
start the fight.
菲兹维克
will use his
Clobber
& stun my
Robo-Chick
. I'll use my
Dark Phoenix Hatchling
to knock
菲兹维克
down to 800 or so health.
菲兹维克
will also use his
Banana Barrage
. I'll then use my
Robo-Chick
's
Wind-Up
& on the 2nd turn hit for 1000 health points. The
Banana Barrage
will still fall but you'll have 600 health left on
Robo-Chick
.
Upon winning,

I have found that a rare
Forest Moth
makes mincemeat out of
Fezwick
(who is always the last pet to fight.)
Used: Slicing Wind/Cocoon Strike/Moth Dust
Before his turn, I used
Darkmoon Zeppelin
thunderbolt to weaken background pets, so that once his turn came up he stood no chance! :-)

For MOP classic this is my team and I repeatedly win with it:
狂野的雏龙
2/2/1
心火小鬼
1/2/x
发条侏儒
1/x/1
Start with
尖刺体肤
, try
动荡
(may miss) and then just spam
龙尾扫击
until Judgement bites the dust. I usually keep going with
龙尾扫击
as many times as possible against Honky Tonk.
Next bring out
心火小鬼
and just use
火焰喷射器
. You will only need 2 or 3 and Honky Tonk is toast. Leave
心火小鬼
in to take the stun from Fezwick.
Lastly bring in your
发条侏儒
.
部署炮台
then spam
铁拳
. If
发条侏儒
dies before Fezwick you have
心火小鬼
still alive to win the fight.
Good luck!

4. Use Breath. If it misses, forfeit.
5. Use Decoy.
6. Use Breath. If it misses, forfeit.
7. Swap to Phoenix Hatchling.
8. Use Immolate.
9. Use Conflagrate.
10. Use Burn and Immolate until Honky-Tonk dies.
11. Use Immolate.
12. Pass.
13. Use Conflagrate and Burn until Phoenix Hatchling dies.
14. Swap to Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling.
15. Use Breath until Fezwick dies.

My
battle team
(all lvl 25 rare):
1) Against
审判
:
锯齿迅猛龙
(2 1 1), My breed is SS, but SB should work too. Use
伤口外露
, then
猛击
until victory.
2) Against
叮当坦克
:
熊猫人火灵
(1 1 2). Use Raptor as above, then
献祭
,
燃烧
,
燃烧
until victory.
3) Against
菲兹维克
:
野生金色雏龙
(2 1 2). Use Fire Spirit as above, then
召唤闪电
,
离地升空
,
龙尾扫击
until victory.
Strategy may fail if you have too many misses, they occur more often in Classic than in Retail.
The last pet was chosen because of combination of anti-beast ability
召唤闪电
and
离地升空
, which helps against the stun. Although the dragonkin may be considered sub-optimal against the beast, it works well. Flying pet with the same abilities could be better, but there is lack of them in Classic,
木雕腾天幼蛇
is a promotion which not many players may have.

I just ran across Jeremy Feasel in the Cavern of Lost Spirits on TImeless Isle (39,3, 38.9) while phase shifted to the spirit world from Zarhym.
Jeremy is not there when you phase shift back to the land of the living.
Jeremy is in the back of the cave behind where <Rock Moss> would be if not phase shifted.
Jeremy had the same pet combo that he does at the Darkmoon Fair.
