I have these shoulders, put pvp gems 20 attack power and 10 critical strike rating and they make some pretty awesome shoulders.

That hit rating is depressing. Oh well. At least it's not Mp5.
Edit: With the recent changes, the T4 shoulders look a lot more attractive than they did pre-3.0. 88 base attack power properly talented and not an enormous(wasteful) amount of hit make it a decent piece of gear to the beginning/novice raider.

This is part of Tier 4 Raid set (lvl 70) . You can obtain this item from 阿罗迪斯·炎刃 if you are friendly with 占星者 , or from 阿苏尔 whitch is member of 奥尔多. You need appropriate token to purchase this item.

Very nice set for shaman, I really like the stats on the enhancement set, and it looks really cool too, shoulders look the coolest out of the whole set though,

I'm not sure what Blizzard's intention was in assigning a stat balance. These are extremely weak next to Shoulderpads of the Stranger.
