Where is this quest available? It didn't appear to be part of any chains involving Schnottz and you certainly can't pick it up after the quest chains, as he's dead. Any ideas?

This quest was one of two quests (the other being Tapped Out) that were in Beta at the time when Uldum was first released. You'd get this quest just after Sending a Message. It was Blizzard's way of saying that they hadn't yet finished the rest of the quests in Uldum.
