You can not buy em, you need to do the Pet Tamer dailies.

A few updates:

The bandage drop rate from Battle Pet Tamer quests has been increased significantly.
The number of bandages dropped has been doubled.
The stack limit has been increased to 10.
We have reduced the cooldown on Revive Battle Pets to 8m.

We will be watching the cooldown feedback at this new value but we think that combined with the bandage drop rates, most players will be happy with the results. The increased chance at bandages are a great way to supplement any extra healing you may need while the heal is on cooldown.

You can also get it trew the daily quest, that you get Battle Pet BandageSack of Pet Supplies

Achivements required you to defeat all trainers in current zone, to be able to get the daily quest in that zone.

YES! Make it a first aid skill!

Split the "Revive" and the "Heal" abilities--I don't need to revive after every pet battle, but being able to HEAL would be awesome!

OR

Make the bandages a purchase-able item!

I am just loving the pet battle system! Goofy, I may be, but I don't really care!

I completely agree with Gwelvnor, I also do not need to revive my pet after every single battle but leveling them up requires a lot more healing than just once every 8 minutes. The "Revive Battle Pets" ability should be two separate abilities, one for healing and one for resurrecting (like how it's set up for hunter pets which is how I figured they'd do it since it works good for hunter pets) and if there is going to be such a big cool down on it, the bandages should be made more available (buy them, make them). Perhaps we could feed them treats that also heals them a bit? There are treats for size and love, why not to heal them?
There is a LOT of downtime trying to level up a battle pet so I can start capturing the ones in Pandaria. Quite often I'm left standing around waiting for the clock to cool down on my "Revive Battle Pets" because I don't want to use up all my bandages.

If you have several "sets" of battle pets then you can swap them out and when the reset is up then you can heal them all at once. I'm making a team of cats and a team of rabbits plus a few birds and i can swp em out between fights and mix and match them

I agree with the others. If this item was able to be created by a secondary profession. It could be First Aid or a new one for pet battles. Or if it could be bought from a vendor with an unlimited supply, I would be more apt to keep doing pet battles. It adds a new aspect on WoW, but the cool-down on Revive Battle Pets is too long. Those of us that have to backwards to lower level zones have to just, basically, sit around and do nothing while we wait for the spell to cool-down if we have run out of Battle Pet Bandage's.

I burned all of mine in the early pet battle quests. I thought I could buy more at a stable master. Eastern Kingdoms/Kalimdor battles with zero bandages. From what I read the next batch will occur when I finish one of these quests and eventually the dailies (active at end of quest line? or pet level?).

to be honest, just letting me bandage my pet with regular bandages would fix the problem, and use these for rezzing dead pets. at least first aid would have SOME use beyond lvl 25

It would be nice just to use the bandages we make for ourselves, just like we use the same bandages on the injured dragons in Pandaria for dailys. Also it would be nice if Hunters could res these pets as well and not have to wait for 8 minutes each time a battle pet dies. Lots of waisted time trying to train your pet just to have to wait 8 mins after the battle is over. I waist enough time trying to farm for "Rare"battle pets.

Save your Battle Pet Bandage, use Revive Battle Pets! It's free (and you already have it) and it only has an 8 min cooldown, and will replenish all of your pet's health and revive/replenish any dead pets you have. If you don't know where it's at, bring up your Mounts and Pets window, it's in the upper right hand corner.

Positive changes for patch 5.4:

You can now buy a stack of 25 Battle Pet Bandages for 1 Celestial Coin. You must be level 90 to reach the Timeless Isle and participate in the quests that reward this coin, but the bandages are still BOA, so you can still mail them to lowbie alts for use.

EDIT: You can now get to Timeless Isle at 85+ but you'll have to get a ride from a friend with a 2-seater mount. If you try to swim or ride a water mount, you'll die of fatigue before you get there. However, if you can get a ride, it is a GREAT place to level quickly. Best to do it with a friend though, unless you really know your stuff. The mobs hit really hard. And you still won't be able to get the quests to receive Celestial Coin until you're 90.

Orangeboom tells us that the bandage drop rate has been increased "significantly". I hate to see what the drop rate was before the increase. I get bandages about once out of every 5 or 6 bags. Yet Wowhead shows a 48% drop rate.

If you want to farm these (for whatever reason, for me its to level characters as I use roughly ~20 bandages an hour for some of the fastest pet battles with rematch and td). The best way is to do the polished charm WQs rather than doing WQs than award the bandages.

WQ that bandages give 15-20 bandages.

Polished charmed WQs give 15-20 charms. You can buy 25 bandages for 5 charms = 1 WQ = 75-100 bandages.

No other polished charm use for me as I already have nearly all pets at 25 (and new pets as easy to level if you use pet battles for leveling) and still have alot of rare stones remaining. So its either bandages (for leveling characters) or pets to sell.
