Important note that isn't obvious by reading the tooltip - "While out of combat, reconfigure for spell casting instead" means when you use out of combat, the stats completely change to intellect And vice versa if you have the intellect, use it out of combat for it to switch to strength/agility.

Got this in my vault as a balance druid and it was in melee combat mode, so strength/agility was showing. Legit thought there was a mistake with assigning my loot and opened a ticket. Only to have a friend tell me the above. Why blizz decided this was good item design is beyond me. Perhaps update the tooltip to say use out of combat to switch main stat to intellect vs strength/agility?

For some odd reason, on-use trinkets put this weapon on a 20 second cooldown. This was not an issue in Dragonflight when using Dreambinder, Loom of the Great Cycle. I'd like to believe this is unintended.

any idea why this droped for my resto shaman @652 ilvl from the weekly timewalking reward chest ?
can't find any use of it at all ? as enhancement can be equiped but cant use the two weapon imbue ... ?
anyone with simmilar info will be much helpfull

If you are macroing this to your cooldown, be aware if you use it before entering combat it will try to reconfigure. Not sure if there is a better way around it but this is what I ended up doing for my blood dk, helps a bit in M+ in case you want to prepull with aboms up. You will have to remash to stop the cast and again once in combat for the on use.

Doesn't seem to add the alternate transformed appearance to your transmog wardrobe automatically. It DOES add it if you sell and immediately re-buy it from the vendor though.

This macro uses the weapon, but only while in combat. If you're not in combat, pressing the macro will do nothing.

Guardian/Balance Druid here. It took me a min to parse this out, and do some sim work, but this is an incredible multi-spec weapon. The name is a play on BiS (Best in Slot, multi-spec, plural, for gearing purposes). Best in Slots. Should have been immediately obvious with the "out of combat, another spec stat change" but was having a pretty major brain lockup DUH moment until it hit me like lightning. It's not Djaruun, the ultimate Cat DPS/Bear Tank weapon, but awfully close in uniqueness. And the spec switch over graphic-effect is just another level of sick AWESOME-NESS. Thank You Blizz for another amazing specialty weapon.

Above macro uses trinket first, then when it's on cooldown it will use Best-In-Slots, and will only use it in combat.

Change item: 232526 to 232805 and vice versa for whichever version you want to use!

For all those transmog-lovers like me that wonder where you get the other color variant (red/blue) from:

Equip it, wait for the cooldown to wear off. Out of combat, right click it while equipped.
Unequip it, re-equip it. Now you have the missing color variant!

Your class has no baring on learning both colors of transmog from this weapon. My warrior learned the blue/intelligence version just fine.

I wish there was a mythic appearance version of this (with the purplish crimson/black coloring) like all the other weapons

Changing weapon spec changes the color, if it is greyed out in your action bar it is set to the wrong spec you are currently in.
