I found mine in the room @ 2 o'clock on the mini map at the highest level!
It gets Combined with Particularly Ordinary Egg to Form Magically Altered Egg.
This Combination would be the 3rd and it looks like not the last one as the Magically Altered Egg must be combined with Everburning Ruby Coals.
Everburning Ruby Coals is found in room @ 8 o'clock on the minimap at last / 4th level > They turn into an Egg of Unknown Contents.
Egg of Unknown Contents must be combined with a Speck of Bronze dust.
I wonder what it leads to....

The Positional Displacer, which allows you to teleport willy-nilly at whatever door you want (no more then 2 levels at one time) is found at room @ 5 o'clock on mini map, @ 2nd level.

The Protective Ward of Flames (protect of all fire) and Reflective Arcane Ward (protects of all Arcane) are found in 4th room to left of Jeb while inside.
Reflective Arcane Ward is also found in room @ 8 o'clock on the minimap at last / 4th level.

There are a total of 29 rooms in the Vault (5 on 1st bottom level, and 8 on each of the next 3 levels)
They can be opened once a week with Zskera Vault Key; you can exit in and out of the vaults, without resetting (for the "Every Door, Everywhere, All At Once" Achievement).

Flask of Windward steps (lightens your feet for an hour) is found in room @ 7 o'clock on the highest level (4th level) as well as one other room @ 4 o'clock on the 2nd level where one of the spider ropes is).

Recipe Rat is found in room @ 8 o'clock on the minimap at last / 4th level > after getting some Pages from it (in separate turns it has a cool down of 5 minutes), it gives the recipe for...

I may destroy the egg now. They've made the vaults so difficult now that I can't fight off three adds with over 1k xp at once.

At the end of all the 'combine X with Y' stages of this... you will eventually hatch a Mossy Mammoth mount.
