Why is this vial, the inscription mats, and the jewelcrafting mats only available from Shadowlands vendors? But the Blacksmithing, Leatherworking, and Tailoring mats are available in Stormwind? Doesn't make any sense, really a PITA to go back to Oribos to refill these because the Mage tower for portals in SW sucks with the twisted hallway. Please put these in the trade goods vendors in Stormwind, or at least the profession vendors next to the trainers in SW.

The Distilled Death Extract is available via the Traveller's Tundra Mammoth but not Rune Etched Vial. be nice to add these to the yak or mammoth!

Rune Etched Vial can be obtained for 80 silver from covenant vendors if you are exalted with the zone. You will not get lower prices at Oribos.
