Shrouded Cloth can be found fairly readily, with the five Shadowlands zones having an abundance of humanoid creatures. I have found that the easier areas to farm cloth is in the Northeastern section of Ardenweald. The little fae people have small healthpools, are often grouped up for larger pulls, and respawn fairly quickly. The Maw certainly has an abundance of humanoids that drop cloth, but the fellas there can prove to be a significant challenge -- and the inability to mount makes the zone the worst place to farm cloth for me.

If you are really into farming cloth, you may want to join the Kyrian covenant and get Pelagos as a soulbind (Pelagos Soulbind Calculator). The 5th Tier of the soulbind with him gives you an increased chance of getting cloth from creatures Cleansed Vestments(Cleansed Vestments).

To get this Quest you need to max tailoring to 100. After that go to Runecarver in Torghast to get this Quest The Vessels of the Thread now You need to move to Stitcher Au'phes 45 31 in Oribos.

I have thousands of cloth and it's basically worthless. Not even worth crafting into greens to DE since the vendor material costs are so high.

Ended up making Shrouded cloth bndages - sells for 2s 50c - a stack of cloth is 2s - didnt even bother trying to sell it, not even with the new quest in Zereth Mortis - if i stuffed my 10k+ on AH the price would plummet to unknown depths.

With this selling for so little, the most profitable vendorable crafted item looks like Porous Weightstone. Made with blacksmithing by combining one Porous Stone with one Shrouded Cloth. I see a few on the AH for 50s. Another candidate is Shrouded Cloth Bandage.
