*Despite the tooltip, you currently do not need to have any follower assigned to have access to Carrello Minerarios.
This means the only current benefit to having a follower with the Estrazione trait assigned to your mine is higher work order yields (affected by follower level).

OTHER INFORMATION

The ability to mine ore within these garrison mines does not required the Estrazione profession.
The only benefit to having the Estrazione profession is the ability to mine ore OUTSIDE of your garrison. (Same goes with Erbalismo).
