***UPDATE: As of the latest build (June 24/16) the Risorse per l'Enclave cost for these seals has decreased from 2500/5000/10000 to 1000/2000/4000***

This NPC, Arcimago Lan'dalock, provides Sigillo del Destino Spezzato to players via a few transaction quests. These require various currencies to obtain. He is located at (56, 67) in the area outside of the Violet Hold (to the right side near the pools as you are facing the Violet Hold entrance).

Sigillo del Destino Spezzato is the new bonus roll currency being introduced in Legion. It will be usable in all Mythic dungeons, in the new Tier 19 raids Rocca della Notte and Incubo di Smeraldo, and for the new world bosses (Ana-Mouz, Calamir, Drugon il Sangue Gelido, Mangiachiglie, Humongris, Levantus, Na'zak il Demonio, Nithogg, Shar'thos, The Soultakers, and J'im l'Avvizzito).

As with recent currencies, only 3 per week will be obtainable (with potentially rare exceptions), and the hard cap will be 10 seals.

The currency can be obtained from quests that require a certain amount of gold or Risorse per l'Enclave (similar to the Warlords of Draenor model). Your second and third seals purchased with the SAME currency increases progressively in price - this is noted in the chart below.

Gold
Seal #	Quest	Cost
1st	Sigillo del Destino: Oro	1000g
2nd	Sigillo del Destino: Mucchio d'Oro	2000g
3rd	Sigillo del Destino: Montagna d'Oro	4000g
Risorse per l'Enclave
Seal #	Quest	Cost

Some of this information may not be final, and is subject to change

As in Warlords of Draenor, you can mix and match which currency you use (some with gold, others with resources) to a maximum of 3 seals total.
If you only buy 1 or 2 seals with a specific currency, the quests will reset the following week, allowing you to spend the lowest amount again (you only pay more for the second and third seals you buy within the week).

NOTE: In Legion, it will be possible to trade Personal loot items if you already have a better item in that slot. It remains to be seen whether this will apply to bonus rolled loot.

No one is going to mention the different flavor text he gives with each different option? He's basically talking !@#$ to you at this point, no matter what you do.

Wish I can kill him, I haven't forgiven him for what he did in Pandaria
