On the Regrowth daily quest La Regina dei Ragni Cinertela, there is a stupidly easy way to get 8 Aracnofluido Ardente from one Filatore Cinertela, without even killing one:

Look for a spider on a short basalt column (so you don't take fall damage).
Aggro it.
It will shoot Tela Intrappolante to pull you up to its column, giving you one Aracnofluido Ardente per hit.
Fall off the column.
The spider will hook you again, giving you another Aracnofluido Ardente.
Repeat until you have all 8 Aracnofluido Ardentes.

As of patch 4.3 this trick is still working, agro'd a spider, he summoned me, I fell down, he did it again. Sometimes he'd summon me twice in a row. Had 8 in a matter of seconds, had to un-target the poor bugger just so I wouldn't kill him to early!

Having trouble getting aggro with your high-level toon? Just use a ranged spell or attack to kill Cinderweb Spinners on the columns and drag any other mob near, kill them, and loot. You will get the Searing Web Fluid from the AoE looting!

If you're doing this at 100 or higher you can use Cestino di Frutta to aggro spiders once it pulls you to it, kill it and find the next one.
