This can currently be cast on nearly every NPC and Player that is targettable and in LoS, including yourself, and every boss (Every one that I've tried anyways)

For clarification, it does not stack with itself from multiple people. However, it does stack with Small Feast, and presumably Noggenfogger. I am not 100% on the Noggen, since the Cartel hates me right now, so someone should test that out :)

This can also be used on vehicles, causing only the vehicle to decrease in size, while the passenger(s) retain theirs. Try using it on a Traveler's Tundra Mammoth for some laughs.

Apparently when you use this on Thaddius in Naxx it makes his hitbox so small that the melee with different polarities can no longer get close enough to attack him without crossing the charges and doing 2k dps per melee.

Have 5 melee classes in your 25 man?

Use this and watch the melee helplessly try to get into range doing a grand total of 250,000 damage per second to the raid.

You either have melee that stands out of range and does no damage or melee that kills everyone in the raid in 6 seconds.

One of the most fun things I've seen with this is a Tauren riding a mechano-hog (Me being a Blood elf Rogue, if it matters) using these on the "Bike" but not on the tauren, made a quite hillarious thing, see by yourself!

(P.S. Not as hillarious on other classes like Blood elves and gnomes, most fun on Tauren!)

It seems like, in most cases, making a boss smaller would just make it harder to hit, which is rarely a good thing. For instance, using this against Ragnaros would probably mean that it would be impossible to tank him or deal melee DPS without swimming in the lava. The Lurker Below would have the same problem.

I wonder, though, if there are any situations in which this item could make a boss fight easier.

If you use this on a chopper instead of on the people in it, the chopper decreases in size while the people stay the same size. Don't know if this also works with the traveller's mammoth.

Warning to fellow raiders.

Do not use baby spice during bosses at any point in time. You might think its funny but it has the potential to put tanks out of melee range, and or change positioning of a boss completely.

The hit box shrinks by a lot when you use it so it can actually screw up a boss fight instead of just being a "fun" item. I hope they fix it at some point, I can see someone griefing with this.

does the drop rate on this get lower over time or something? i remember back when i first started doing dalaran cooking dailies, i got this stuff all the time. so much, in fact, that it became a pain to store it all in my already bloated bank.

now i never get them and i regard my baby spices as sacred consumables, only to be used in raid and in situations where i know it will end up being funny.

...or in situations when i am drunk.

I found it very useful, as a tank, against bosses like in NAXX , Malygos, OS+drakes and ULDUAR because the smaller size of the boss allows the raid to spot the adds and the damaging leaks-spells on ground and around in time and act accordingly. SAVE them for encounters like these as they really help (if you are careful where you do it and why) and warn the raid about it and how to take advantage of it.

Tip: Dont use this on the Jormungar Behemoth before Thorim. >.>; Tossed it on him while the RL was changing groups around and found out the hard way that the smaller hit box means he turns to do his poison breath. Hit the raid, about 3-6 different pets/minions on defensive charged in, and we had to reset it.

Seems to not work on bosses following 3.2, tried it with Emalon and a couple of Naxx bosses and it was to no effect.

Which sucks, as it was really the only reason I kept these. I loved turning Emalon small =(

i was just in Voa 25 and tried to use it on emalon (forgot to play with it on koralon) he stayed the same size, didn't gain the "buff" but my cooldown for baby spice was still activated and it used one of them up.
tried a second time and same thing happened

As a gnome, use this on yourself for BGs. It's so annoying, mostly for those who target by clicking, and since you're so small they can't click you xD and it's always funny seeing a "miniature gnome"

This stuff actually has a practical use. If somebody is on one of those hateful mammoth mounts blocking a mailbox or sitting on a quest giver after a wintergrasp battle throw it on them and poof, problem solved. I also throw it on players strutting around dalaran on their mammoth ego mounts, makes me feel warm inside.

Strangest effect I have seen so far. I was parked on an albino drake near the Shadow Vault and took off when I noticed another player do the throwing motion and as I pulled forward I expected to become shrunk in mid-air. then I realized...the glowing twirling canister effect was tracking me but nowhere as fast as my flyer. It followed me and relentlessly tracked me all over Icecrown..and towards Dalaran..and around Dalaran..and into the Dalaran Sewers. Amazing. I had this player seeking surface to air missile following me and I was flying acrobatic loops over and under Dalaran. It actually passed through any intervening terrain. A similar effect is seen when a frost drake fires off a frost breath in storm peaks or when a proto drake in Sholazar fires off a fireball at you..you can lead it into Dalaran.

I would use it to hide in a bush during a BG. It can get pretty confusing to have a person attacking you without you being able to find them. Maybe use Metamorphosis as it wears off, so I would have the buffs and confuse them more.

I haven't received any Baby Spice or Old Spice the last week or two I've been doing the Dalaran Daily Cooking. Maybe it's the RNG Gods really laying down punishment.

This isn't nerfed as I've seen some comment, I used it on a zul'aman boss last night. I didn't have him targetted to start, and it did just baby spice myself. But, I haven't had it drop from the dalaran cooking quest in a week of doing them every day. They might have killed it from dropping in the spice bag with the last patch. Can anyone confirm if they've had it drop? I love the baby spice, so fun.

Yeah, unfortunately, I have noticed no drops of this in spice bags lately....which is VERY unfortunate, because it comes in real handy when some <ahem>hat is blocvking a questgiver or MB, etc.... it's JUST like Blizz to kill stuff players LIKE... not saying that they HAVE, just seems odd none seems to be dropping now

lots of the cooking spices though... also have yet to see old spice drop... however that was less useful/cool, and would RATHER thay would have put the baby spice to drop instead of the old, but really bummed that they at least made this a less frequent drop.

Invaluable when flag running in WSG, etc. Not only does it shrink the FC, but it shrinks the colored ribbon spewing out as well. For those precious moments before the flag becomes visible on the map, the carrier is practically invisible.

With the addition of the "free" pack of them in the Locanda di Calaluna / Taverna di Rocciafredda Livello 3, I had some fun exploring the garrison and found that it works on just about everyone.

While it won't work on summoned battle pets, it will work on the NPC versions that wander your garrison with the Serraglio Livello 1.
Works on followers. I don't have him, but I would assume this means it works on Blook.
Works on Costrutto Energetico. The platform will stay the same but the construct itself shrinks.
Works on Oscaar. Both he and his mount will be shrunk.
Works on Pepe! He becomes super tiny.
Works on the Level 3 Garrison training dummies, but not the ones provided by Torre della Magia / Rifugio degli Spiriti Livello 3.
Works on your bodyguard, but the effect is negligible if used in conjunction with Miniaturizzatore per Guardia del Corpo.
Works on the Musitron 5000.
Works on Reshad, but Percy is having none of that silliness.
Does not work on Pippers.
Does not work on Birchus.

I wanted to see if it worked on Garrison Carts, Garrison Workhorses and Garrison Packmules, but didn't have access to the Baby Spice on the characters who still had these in their garrisons.
Would love to hear other things you've tried it on!

If you wish to farm these in your garrison simply vendor all that you have in your inventory/bank and you can loot more then buy them back from the vendor.

Baby Spice can be acquired from the Lunarfall Inn in the Garrison.

I've done some research at the Lunarfall inn and here's what I found:

The Spices jar object doesn't appear if you have it in your inventory or bank, but vendoring the spices will make the item reappear instantly (confirmed via Jeeves), and only spawns in a Rank-3 inn.

It appears that the respawn timer on the object is approximately 6-7 minutes.

Visitors to your garrison can loot the object as well!

The spices do stack to 20 but you can have multiple stacks. However, due to the limitations of the buyback menu, the maximum anyone would be able to have at one time from the Lunarfall Inn method would be 250 (12 stacks + 10 in the backpack).

In the Lunarfall Inn, they seem to spawn only in four locations:
Top floor, north corner, between the books on the dining tableTop floor, west corner, next to the lime green bottle on the dining tableTop floor, dining table outside the south room, in front of the bookGround floor, table in front of the fireplace, between two loaves of bread
So, here's how to stock up on Minispezia using your Rank-3 Lunarfall Inn:

Make sure you have none of this item (Altoholic helps)
Find and loot the "Spices" item in your inn at one of the locations above
Start a 6 minute timer, which can be done with the in-game UI with the macro "/sw 360 /sw play"
Vendor the collected spices (or buyback and then vendor if you already have a partial stack sold, to increase the density of the item)
When the timer dings, if you do not have the desired number of spices in the vendor's buyback tab, goto 2.
Buyback all vendored spice.

If you have 250 Baby Spices already, the only way you can aggregate more is through the Dalaran cooking dalies.
