This ring works really odd. Sometimes the buff is present and often just dissappears forever. Is it bugged?

Correct me if I am wrong, but this ring's cantrip power necessitates being in a group, so in the open world, soloing stuff, it only offers its stamina, mastery and haste stats, the special power is useless (if it even works as stated above).

I used this Diamante di Jastor in my last Teatro del Dolore Mythic+12 run as tank. The ring's buff is called Sono Stato Io!, which Details logged 86.6% uptime on myself.

My ring has an ilevel at 665 (Hero 6/8), and the Sono Stato Io! buffs me for 180 of a random secondary stats every 12 seconds. The buff's stacking works better in boss fights, although I sometimes "get caught" and lose the buff.
