Quests in order I done:

2A. Falchi volanti - Use Kit Medico Ornitologico on 8 Grifalco Piumablu Ferito, During full Storyline Grifalco Piumablu will help You in fight if they are close even you attack them they will not attack you.
2B. Schiacciali e spiumali - Slay 10 Malartiglio Strillastormo and 8 Avvizzitrice Strillastormo.
4A. La spiumatura - Quest 4A-4D do it in cave /way 51.36 72.37, Find 4 items: Ingranaggi dello Spiumatore 3300, Guarnizione dello Spiumatore 3300, Condotto di Scarico dello Spiumatore 3300 and Bulloni dello Spiumatore 3300:

/way 51.02 74.66 Feather-Plucker 3300 Bolts
/way 49.89 76.08 Feather-Plucker 3300 Exhaust Pipe

4B. Un appetito da falco - Slay Hawthia Mangiafalchi /way 48.82 74.84
4C. Escremento esplosivo - Trample Scarabeo di Calagrifo ( small insects ) then use Auto-Raccoglitore del Professor Cinguetti to pull them bodys 2% or slay Puntagocce di Calagrifo ( is not many of them ) then use Auto-Raccoglitore del Professor Cinguetti to pull them bodys 6% Ultil 100%.
4D. A tutto stridio! - When You kill Hawthia Mangiafalchi /way 48.82 74.84, You will loot Pergamena delle Strillastormo Just return quest to same quest giver 4B.
8A. Un nido tutto nostro - You need to Loot 3 type of items:
- 20 Artiglio delle Strillastormo Drop from Ladruncola Strillastormo and Strega Strillastormo
- 6 Bastone delle Strillastormo Drop From Strega Strillastormo
- 3 Nucleo di Stirpe dei Fiumi Drop from Stirpe dei Fiumi Ululante and Piangente del Torrente
8B. L'ora della spiumatura - Pluck 6 Piuma di Cucciolo by using Spiumatore 3300 on Flying Cucciolo Rubato.
8C. Separare il tuorlo - Collect 20 Uovo di Piumablu You can pick them up in nests around, I get max from one 5 Uovo di Piumablu. Wuest 8A-8C return to /way 42.99 71.41
11. Cena con lo Strillastormo - First use Travestimento da Strillastormo Im-BECC-abile then go inside cave 43.39 71.49 and speak with Chef Ariafritta then use extra bar and wait few sec.
12. L'attesa detonaz... detOVAzione - First use Travestimento da Strillastormo Im-BECC-abile V2 then press on stew after go out from cave and use Trasporto di Sola Andata di Cinguetti. Get inside cave and Place the "egg" on the Matriarch's Egg Bowl, then wait and finally kill Matriarca Avethyra. When You get out from cave you can use extra bar to fly back to quest giver. After this Quest Storyline finish.

Shoutout to the people who worked on the harpy idle animations! I had never noticed it on the harpy NPCs, but I noticed that while wearing this disguise, your character does jerky head movements that are very birdlike. It's subtle, but a very cool touch.
