To get Saltatore Prototipo you need to find Schema: Saltatore Prototipo in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

Schema: Saltatore Prototipo is a protoform synthesis mount.
To collect this schematic you need to climb up to the top of Untamed Verdure mountains. Exact spot is at 67.01 69.36.
You can reach the schematic by 3 ways:

Wait Va' in rana daily quest and collect item while on the quest.
Use Venthyr's Porta delle Ombre to reach the schematic.
Unlock flying in ZM and collect this and much more schematics.

After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create Saltatore Prototipo mount.

I have all prerequisites to this, climbed up and it isn't there. Tried phasing, reloading, relogging, etc. Collected quite a few others, so the eligibility shouldn't be an issue. Anyone has the same problem, or a solution perhaps?

So like many people I was having issues finding it. I was sitting where it should be looking at this and the chest showed up, so the chest may need to respawn.
