There are 12 runes that can be cast in either the upright or reverse positions. Within these there are what I think are 4 sets of 3 similar entities/ideals.

Kyrian Set:

Secrets

The Maw

Death

After running a small set of 40 casts, there doesn't appear to be anything special with how often different runes appear, which order they appear in or if they are upright or reverse. The only thing of note is that the same rune can appear more than once in a single cast (and in the same orientation), but I have yet to see all 3 runes be the same rune.

Sacchetto di Note Runiche can be found in random treasure chest. Pick it up to start the related quest - Note Runiche del Divinatore.

You need to keep searching Korthia and loot random treasure chests to loot Nota Runica del Divinatores. Use them to obtain either Nota Runica or Nota Runica Duplicata
Obtain 20 Nota Runicas and the task is done. You will get 250 Ricerca Catalogata, 500 rep with Archivist Roh-Suir and Rune Antiche di Korthia.

Storyline Quest Chain:

1. Ricerche sulle Reliquie di Korthia - To start it you need to find in drop Ricerche sulle Reliquie di Korthia rare are giving more chance %. When start Quest see Studioso Roh-Suir 59 58 Korthia.

2. Interrompere gli interrogatori - You need to Rescue Archivista Roh-Senara 60 52 is in cage ( kill Interrogatore Tzench spawn next to cage and take Chiave dell'Interrogatore to open cage ).

3. Liberare un passaggio - Slay 15 Mawsworn.

After This Story line You can get 4 Quests i done them in this order:

1. Raccogliere ricerche - Speak with Archivista Roh-Suir to Collect Research from Your bag, AS well You will get item 200ilvl

2. Iniziare il recupero - You need to find Codice dei Ricordi is in cave 60 32 Codex is on left 31 41.

3. Ciò che va trovato - press on 5 highlighted Missing relics in cave.

4. Potenziare l'equipaggiamento - Upgrade item ( You can use item from quest Raccogliere ricerche ).

While there've been a couple of posts dividing the runes into sets of two or three and given them suit names like tarot cards, the groupings didn't always make sense to me and neither did the suit names, but one way to group the runes that DID stand out and make sense (for me) was into two different Arcanas - also like tarot.

ETERNAL ARCANA (each rune is modeled after an eternal one)

The Queen (Winter Queen)
The Archon (Kyrestia)
The General (Primus)
Redeemer (Denathrius, redeemer of sins)

REALMS ARCANA (each rune modeled after an object, concept, or territory, all of which are part of a purpose held by the two cities and five realms in the Shadowlands)

The Cycle (Winter Queen, Ardenweald)
The Maw (duh)
Chains (Zovaal)
Secrets (Korthia)
Knowledge (Korthia)
Judgement (Oribos and the Arbiter, also Denathrius and Revendreth)
Creation (First Ones, Ardenweald, related to the Cycle)
Death (the Shadowlands, related to the Cycle)
