on a floating island in Korthia, container named "Forgotten Feather" 68.77, 29.79, goblin glide from the main camp, quite easy to get to,
on the PTR it gives generic trash items, hopefully wont be scrapped, fly Uuna fly!

Piuma Dimenticata drops from Piuma Dimenticata in Korthia zone near the Keeper's Respite on the floating island to the south-east.
Right now the way to get this treasure is to us Kit dell'Aliante dei Goblin from the high point near the windrider.
Use goblin glider at 63.80 29.00.
Treasure looks like a small feather on the ground.

Treasure is a part of Tesori di Korthia achievement.

In case you are worried about how you will get back to the mainland, there is an airstream that flies you back across when you run into it.

Not recommended, but it is possible to jump onto the island and survive. South of the flight path, there's a branch on the hill that you can climb up. Should bring you to a cliff. Go to the very end and jump; hopefully you survive the landing.

Possibly get the enhancement for your boots to slow your fall speed by 10% (Found it, Soul Treads)

If you are necrolord, maybe activate Cartilaginous Legs under Emeni's tree (left on the 2nd split)

**Make sure you jump from the 2nd ledge above the end of the road, not the end of the road itself.

From the end of the road, you'll die so hard you get disconnected.

How to get:

1. Walk to 61.61, 28.49.
2. Go up the hill.
3. Turn right at 61.51, 26.64.
4. Follow the path up to 64.74, 24.60.
5. Use Door of Shadows to get up on top of the ridge to the right of the cave entrance. Just keep clicking over and over until you find the spot where it will let you target.
6. Walk over the top of the ridge to the edge of the cliff near the floating island.
7. Use Stylish Black Parasol, Hearty Dragon Plume or any other fall toy to get onto the island without killing yourself.
8. Collect the toy. It's a glowing feather near the far side of the island.
9. Walk back to the other side of the island and step into the wind plume to get back to the other side.

As a Hunter, I climbed around the tree and along the ledge at 64 27. I inched out as far as possible until I began to fall and then used disengage at the last minute to propel over to the island without taking fall damage.

This was actually super easy to get on a Rogue. I used Grappling Hook to get on the cliff shelf at 65.35, 24.72 then walked over the mountain to the other side. The island is right there. I used Sprint to get some air when I jumped off and landed safely on the island. Loot the feather on the ground, then use the wind plume to get off the island. :)

Okay, I used my Goblin Glider for this. Just from the tree where you normally find the treasure. Then I had to walk left on the ledge to miss the jetstream or it will shoot you back over lol. I failed the first time.

Actually you don't need any special tool to get there , you just need to jump.

Follow this path go to the end of it and just jump. Be sure to have full hp , you will be left with around 20%.

when you get the daily quest that gives you the item ephemeral wings, use that at the highest point in keeper's respite and you should be able to glide/leap to your destination to access this item.

I used my covenant ability (revendreth-Venthyr) Door of Shadows, to get up rear of Keepers respite and then using the stylish black parasol jump up/off at nearest spot and just made it.

Very cute toy! Not only does it give your battle pet wings but it also causes your battle pet to fly with you while on your flight mount!
