Got this off an Aqir Assault rare in Uldum, unfortunately it was at the start of the assault with lots of stuff going on so I don't remember which one exactly, but was in the middle area of the assault around Orsis or there abouts.

Got a second one off of Warcaster Xeshro rare.

And a third off of Captain Dunewalker rare.

Appears to drop randomly from any rare in during the 8.3: Visions of N'Zoth (aqir?) assault.

I got this from "Aqir Warcaster" directly beneath the huge Obelisk at "Obelisk of the sun"During the Aqir Assault. The Underground passage was south of the obelisk if i remember correctly, but he spawns in several places and this is where i found him when he dropped this baby for me.

Just dropped for me from Anq'uri the Titanic. Couple of important things to note:

- It wasnt the Aqir invasion, it was the Black Empire one. The mob, however, is an Aqir.
- I was in Protection Spec

Just got one today from a rare in Uldum. Mine is only level 120 though. No idea why.

So I've been trying to get this for months now, as an Unholy DK. No dice. This week I switched to Blood specialization when doing these rares, it dropped. Not sure if just luck or related.

Listing all three rare weapon transmogs from the Aqir Assault in Uldum for fellow farmers:

Tentacolo Inquieto Writhing Dagger - A red and yellow tentacle dagger, constantly wriggles about.
Spargisangue Indicibile Unspeakable Bloodletter - A dark blue curved dagger that appears to also be alive?
Granspada della Crudeltà Greatsword of Cruelty - A large purple two handed sword that glows faintly. (current Page)

Each have a low chance to drop from various rares around the zone, mostly the ones related to the Aqir so rares like Qho and Mangiatore di Cadaveri are your best chance. Unfortunately all three are BoP, so you can't trade them to other toons or sell them.
