One of the six gems given by the Crowns looted from the Opulenza encounter in Battaglia di Dazar'alor.

In order to obtain one of them, you must use the effect from one of the crowns. The gems last 20 hours, with a 20-hour shared cooldown among all crowns. Using the crown gives the player one of six different gems:

Ambra del Tramonto - Reduces a party member's size by 50% for 5 min. (30 Sec Cooldown).
Topazio Stellare - Make a friendly player sparkle! (30 Sec Cooldown)
Tormalina Crepitante - Increases your Speed by 120 for 1 hour. (1 Min Cooldown)
Smeraldo del Vigore - Restores 33251 health. (1 Min Cooldown) - Cooldown shared with healing potions.
Diamante del Sostentamento - Draw sustenance from the gem, restoring 166257 health and 83129 mana over 20 sec. If you spend at least 10 sec focusing on the gem, you will become well fed, gaining 75 in a stat for 1 hour.
Zaffiro dell'Acume - Increases all stats by 400 for 1 min. (5 Min Cooldown). Shares 1min CD with other combat potions.

Shares a CD with healing potions and takes up more bag space since it can't stack so it's just okay.

Using the following macro for this, applies to the alchemist healing sphere too.
#showtooltip Coastal Healing Potion
/cast Silas' Vial of Continuous Curing
/cast Emerald of Vigor
/cast Coastal Healing Potion
It shows the healing potion tooltip so you can see the cooldown and how many potions you have; the Emerald and Silas are free anyway. It prios Silas over the Emerald in case you're using the alchemy trinket (which does not buff the Emerald, but does buff the other two).
