I'm starting to think they're never going to make anything below green transmoggable. So many awesome appearances that aren't even moggable. At least you can run around the cities wearing them.

Specialist Game Master Nalimua here to address your reply. First, I want to apologize for the previous response as it was an automated response that is utilized in instances where we are experiencing high ticket volume.

Reading over your ticket, I understand you were wondering on how to obtain the Finely-Tailored Green Holiday Shorts.

Reviewing this further, had come across a forum post about this topic and a blue post answered here if you wish to check this over here: https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/obtaining-finely-tailored-holiday-cosmetics/484649

This has been reported, but no updates from our developers about this! May want to continue to keep an eye out in-game and on forums and fansites for any upcoming information!

TL:DR - It looks to me like everyone is advised to report it as a bug for the item missing in the game!

After opening the gifts under the tree, I can now verify they sadly aren't a loot from any of the Winter Veil presents either. Looks like this set was never actually added to be obtained in the game yet.
