This item creates a clickable chest available for 15 minutes and lets any party or raid members click on it receiving a temporary costume buff.

The available costumes from this box are

Tier 1 Mage - Vessillo dell'Arcanista
Tier 1 Priest - Paramenti della Profezia
Tier 1 Warlock - Divisa Vilcuore

How it works:
You can click on the chest and get the outfit of your armor type.
Plate class can get Paladin and Warrior sets.
Cloth class can get Warlock, Priest and Mage sets.
And so on

So it lasts about 5 minutes and anyone can click on it.(doesn't have to be someone from your party/raid) Haven't tried clicking from opposite faction.
And you can click it many times to get a different set for your armor type.

The appearance you gain from clicking this item is based upon your classes armor proficiency.

Cloth wearers will get Mage, Priest, and Warlock T1
Leather wearers will get Rogue, and Druid T1
Mail wearers will get Shaman and Hunter T1
Plate Wearers will get Paladin and Warrior T1

Monk, Demon Hunter and Death Knights follow this rule as well and will not get their own special outfit, and will instead receive one of the older classes' sets.
