This item can be found up against a wall near the NPC Vaelan in Lower Blackrock Spire and clicked on to loot. They are needed in the summoning of Urok. You will also need the head of Omokk, the ogre boss in Lower Blackrock Spire, to be able to summon him.

To summon him, head to the tribue pile which can be found shortly after fighting the spiders but before the scorpion's before worg boss, which is very close to the end of the instance. It's on a corner of the ledge. Once you summon him with the head and the pike, a LOT of ogres will spawn and start mauling your party. This fight is pretty hard, but mostly because most people do not know that you can right click the pike/tribute pile and kill one of the ogres once every 30 seconds making it much much easier due to the fact that you can eliminate a full health ogre. Eventually after about 4-6 waves of Ogres, Urok will show up and the party should kill the remaining ogres minus one, then focus on Urok using the pike to kill the last ogre and finish off Urok.

Finding the pike can be a little annoying. After you cross the second bridge, on the left side there will be a group of four mobs. Beyond that are two sleeping orcs, and right next to them are the pikes leaning against the wall.

Urok's Tribute Pile, required for this combination is located at the top of Hordemar City, at the Spirestone Warlords and Battle Mages visible on the right once you enter Lower Blackrock Spire. The Tribute Pile can be seen at the left corner closest to the entrance to Hordemar City. It is a small pile of skulls and is circled by rocks.

You have to be standing almost right on top of the Tribute Pile (it's a pile of skulls) to use the item.

Roughshod Pike:

What it is:

This Pike, along with Omokk's Head, can be used to summon optional boss Urok Doomhowl at a certain location. Someone in the party, probably the same person who loots the Head, needs this Pike.

Where is it:

I posted a screenshot of the pike, which differs from the other screenshots published, as seen from the 2nd bridge from the entrance. That's right, it's not even past the first boss and you will probably miss it unless you are looking very hard. When you enter, it's kind of a mess with 2 down bridges, 2 up bridges, an across bridge and a few rooms. If you want to make it easy, you just go down the RIGHT bridge and kind of around some hallways. One room opens up to the left and it is like a cavern in that room, with many levels up and down that you can see and a large 2-plank wooden bridge with rope handrails like you would see in the tropics. That bridge is more or less straight ahead; then you kill your way through and head to another basically identical bridge that's 90 degrees to the right. That is the bridge where I crossed, stopped and took the screenshot. You will see a big white circle I drew around the Pikes and an arrow.

I don't know how hard it is to get the Pike, as I am in Cat blues, and I just kind of zerged it off the walls, killing the two orcs you see in the picture I posted. If you need strategy on how to do this dungeon in general at level, you'll need a guide.

I came to Wowhead trying to figure out where the Pike was, as I knew where the other 2 items were. However, as I read the location of the Pike it looks like people are coming to this item to discuss everything. So instead of confusing you all too, I am letting you know you can check the above links if you want to know where the head and the location marked by skulls is located. "Urok's Tribute Pile" is a bunch of skulls in a group of Signore della Guerra Spiraroccias (ogres), a bit after Madre Bruciatela and just before Scorpide della Spiras. Using Testa di Omokk & Picca a Spuntoni near it spawns a bunch of mobs. Use the item you created (in tribute pile) to spawn more mobs and eventually Urok Urlonero :)

SKITTERWEB TUNNELS
The name of the room in this dungeon is Skitterweb tunnels.
Simple as that XD all the other comments on this page are confusing...I had to go around and search, room by room, like twice.
