I looted 2xKit Medico Abbandonato and made 1 of these, and a green version too. Came here wondering what it was, and I guess it's not available to us... o.O

I submitted a screenshot showing myself getting one of these after using an Abandoned Medic Kit. It seems to be a rare spawn, replacing the Basic Medic Kit that is normally created.

It looks like it still gives the +5 to First Aid skill when using the Abandoned Medic Kit but just upgrades the kit received.

I would suggest that the tag "This item is not available to players." needs to be removed as this item is indeed available to players.

Now, all that is needed is to figure out how these are used and let everybody else know.

Its going to be used for a daily quest in the garrison. the quest is in wowhead

As of 12/1 this item is now showing up as a grey junk item and no longer blue.
