Requires to kill mythic boss? That's a bit insane. Been maining evoker since day 1, and you're going to lock its legendary behind what 0.001% of the playerbase can kill? Kinda ruined the whole thing.

Blizz has confirmed that, once the World First Mythic kill is completed in a region, the quest item will begin dropping on all difficulties after the weekly reset for that region.

I hope they relax the requirements to make this in future expansions. It's gonna get harder and harder to get these materials done when players move on from Dragonflight... at least it'd be nice if we could teach our own alts the recipes.

I don't know about other servers but on Emerald Dream it cost me about $275K in gold to purchase most of the required items on the AH. It also took a long time to farm the souls (mostly because of the weird mechanic) and a full run of Aberrus on Heroic to get the Ancient Elementium Fragments. It took me a few hours to get all of the Temporal Vestigial primarily through the Fyrakk Assaults.

TBH the most frustrating thing was the 30 min cool down on the Ancient memories that needs to be cast on a JC/Eng/BS. It took an 1 1/2 just to craft the items after you had everything.

On the plus side it's a cool side quest and I also like how it looks.

Might be worth noting somewhere is that the Ancient Memories item to teach a crafter the ability to craft is a 1 person targeted ability, not a party or raid wide thing like I assumed. (waste of 30 minute cooldown.)

Here are some questions.

I have multiple alts that are proficient in crafting. They are actually skilled enough to make the items for the legendary evoker questline, but there are a couple of things I'm not entirely clear on that could be detrimental to my progress and I haven't found anything about this on Wowhead posts or YouTube so I'm asking the forums.

Q1. The recipes for these items have to be taught to a crafter by the evoker who is on the questline. Can this be done over a trading post with my alts or do I have to find other people who happen to be crafters to craft the thing for me?

Q2. If I do have to get another player to help me because I can't use my alts, how do I give them soulbound items for the crafting? Do they have to gather the stuff themselves or would a trading post work for THEM if not my alts?

Q3. If I gather the materials on my alts, trade them over, have the evoker gather the soulbound stuff, and THEN have the evoker itself become a craftsman...can HE craft the items without help?

Your answers are much appreciated.

So on HC you have to kill him a MINIMUM of 7 times to even get better odds. Talk about abusing the playerbase. That is almost two months of game play before you can even begin to incrase your chances. Seriously. This game just needs to die. And quick. Come on fanbois.
