Fieldmaster Emberath in Valdrakken, near the obsidian enclave to the right of it sells the PVP, WM gear. You exchange the bloody tokens for pvp gear. 366ilvl but requires you to be level 70. 2 handed weapons are 800 tokens, helm, chest 500 tokens, hands/shoulders 350 tokens, cloak, wrists, belt 200 tokens. No trinkets or rings, also sell a dismounting gun, and a flag over the enemies corpse for 1500 tokens.

These drop from WPVP activities in the Dragon Isles with War Mode on. You get one bloody token per kill of the opposing faction. The weekly 25 kills quest gives you 250 tokens. Looting your first War Supply Chest of the day gives you approximately 200 tokens, and every chest after that 50 tokens. Given that the chests drop every 45 minutes or so in each zone, this is currently the best way to farm tokens.

EDIT: Killing an Assassin and looting the bounty bag that drops gives you approximately 200 tokens as well.

I see this gear as 366 from blody token vendor. Does the gear vendor scale based on your current item level?
I know initial gear shows its only 350

Honor vs Bloody Tokens equip

In Arenas/Battlegrounds is slightly better Honor equip on items which does not have set bonuses (Staff for example).
iLvL 408 = equip from Bloody Tokens (+ some items have set bonuses)
iLvL 411 = equip from Honor

In PvE / World PvP is better Bloody Tokens equip
iLvL 366 = equip from Bloody Tokens (+ some items have set bonuses)
iLvL 340 = equip from Honor

So many vendors in the Gladiator's Refuge building. Where's Comandante sul Campo Bracith?

As you walk past the guards into the Gladiator's Refuge, look to the right. You'll notice the large sparkling dragonkin Malicia. She gives PVP quests. Beside her is the much smaller Comandante sul Campo Bracith. See screenshot. (Coords 43.1, 42.3.) It looks like he’s an Evoker in human form.

Comandante sul Campo Bracith sells Drakebreaker's PVP gear in exchange for Emblemi Insanguinati. He also ends the weekly world PVP Sparks of Life quests. If you don't see Comandante sul Campo Bracith with War Mode off, take this advice:

Sparks of Life quests:

Each of the Sparks of Life quests is given by a representative of the featured zone. They conveniently come to the Gladiator's Refuge. Look to the left as you enter the building. Trofeo del Conflitto coins are awarded for completing these quests.

For upgrades to Drakebreaker gear, see Corxian at the back of the Gladiator Refuge. A colorful dagger appears over his head on mouseover. Upgrades are purchased with Trofeo del Conflitto coins.

Gladiator's Refuge is located next to the Engineering pavillion and across from the Blacksmithing shop. The entrance is marked by two white banners -- mousing over the banners doesn't reveal the name of the building. Entrance coords: 40.6, 45.5.

If you're wondering what items to buy to convert them to gold, your best bet is Drakebreaker's Shroud at 0.23445 gold per Blood token (200 tokens and 47.07 gold to sell to a merchant). Trust me, I did my Excel.

It's sooo useless. You only get from war crate which rarely spawn and don't even noticable and 1 quest/week which is $%^& too. Sometimes you get the quest kill 100 enemy player.
And war crates doesn't give you 4-5k that's a lie. I opened 1 crate, did a world quest and I have 265. It's so much better to do 2-3 random battlegrond (takes 10-20 min) and you get 2-3 better pvp items easily.
It's useless other than transmog but it's the same transmog like we got 10th times just recolored.

As of Dragonflight season 3, the most gold effective item to spend your excess before the season ends is Drappo del Bocciolo Infernale, bought for 120 Emblemi Insanguinati and sold for 50g68s40c, at a ratio of 42s23c per token.
It is not only most effective than any weapon, but also equippable by any character and thus can be sold immediately.
