Grove Invigoration grants a stacking buff when dealing damage that grants increased health and Mastery. Activating Shifting Power grants eight stacks lasting for 30 seconds, so we'll often have multiple stacks at once. Not worth playing around, however.

Niya's Tools: Burrs is effectively a passive damage proc.

Niya's Tools: Poison applies a DoT to any target you interrupt, and deals a burst of damage to them if they're interrupted again in 30 seconds. A good damage boost if you can interrupt on cooldown, but very minor otherwise.

Bonded Hearts acts as a buff for allies.

Podtender

Podtender is Dreamweaver's opening ability; a cheat death effect on a 10-minute cooldown. Far more useful than other on-death Soulbind traits like Forgeborne Reveries or Service In Stone, it returns you to life at maximum efficiency, though takes 10 seconds to fully activate. Any Mythic raider can tell you how useful a cheat death is: Cauterize is one of Fire Mage's strongest progression tools.

Social Butterfly is a great trait - again, Versatility is incredibly good for progression raiding.

Field of Blossoms increases Haste by 12% every time we use Shifting Power, which is very powerful considering the ability's short cooldown.

Dream Delver is a flat percent damage increase. This is a boring trait, but it's still good.

Wild Hunt Tactics is a flat 10% damage buff to targets above 75% health, which generally accounts for the majority of most bosses' first phase. It's not as strong for Frost as it is for more bursty specs like Arcane, but it's still very valuable.

First Strike grants a critical strike buff if you hit an enemy before they can hit you, but means skipping a second Potency slot - it's not strong enough to justify that.

Wild Hunt Strategem flips the script on Wild Hunt Tactics granting more damage in execute if you can also deal damage to high health mobs to proc the high health damage buff.
