Dash—Cooldown reduced from 5 minutes down to 3 minutes.
Ferocious Bite—No longer consumes the entirety of the Druid's Energy pool when it lands, and instead consumes a maximum of 30 Energy beyond its base cost of 35 Energy (or 18 Energy during Berserk). In addition, the conversion of this extra Energy into bonus damage now scales with Attack Power, such that it is now efficient to cast Ferocious Bite at any Energy value rather than exclusively at low Energy in vanilla/TBC.
Maim—Now also functions as a PvE interrupt even without Arena gloves (such as Brutal Gladiator's Dragonhide Gloves) equipped.
Mangle (Cat)—The Attack Power scaling of this ability has been buffed from 11.4% in TBC to 14.3% in WotLK. In addition, the Mangle debuff now lasts for 1 minute rather than only 12 seconds.
Prowl—The movement speed reduction when stealthed has been changed from 40% to 30%.
Rake—The periodic damage component of Rake now scales with 18% of the player's Attack Power, compared to only 6% in TBC. This is a massive buff to the ability, changing it from being completely useless in PvE to becoming a staple of the PvE rotation in WotLK.
Rip—The base Attack Power scaling of Rip at 5 Combo Points has been buffed from 24% in TBC to 30% in WotLK, and this is further inflated to a whopping 55% via Glyph of Shred and Glyph of Rip, making Rip massively more Energy efficient than any other damaging ability in the rotation. On top of this, Rip ticks can now critically strike due to the new Primal Gore talent, further inflating the ability's Damage Per Energy (DPE) and making high Rip uptime a rotational priority in WotLK, compared to TBC where letting Rip drop off for long periods of time was often optimal.
Tiger's Fury—Now on a 30 second cooldown, but instantly restores 60 Energy when used due to the new King of the Jungle talent, which takes the place of vanilla/TBC powershifting gameplay.
Feral Swiftness—The 30% movement speed increase in Cat Form provided by this talent now applies indoors, which is a huge utility boost in PvE dungeons and raids (which are mostly indoors) and removes the requirement for a movement speed boosting enchant or Meta gem in Feral gear sets.
Predatory Strikes—This talent has been given two additional effects: it boosts the Attack Power provided by equipped weapons by an additional 20%, and gives finishing moves the ability to proc a Nature's Swiftness effect. The second effect is particularly powerful in PvP settings, as it allows a Feral Druid to fire off an instant cast Cyclone or Entangling Roots at opportune moments.
Survival of the Fittest—The total stat boost provided by this talent has been doubled from 3% to 6%.
Leader of the Pack—The 5% Crit buff provided by Feral Druids is now raid-wide rather than restricted to a single party, and its range has been buffed from 45 yards to 100 yards. However, an identical buff is now provided by Fury Warriors (Rampage), and the two effects do not stack.
Improved Leader of the Pack—Now also provides significant personal Mana regeneration in addition to its raid-wide healing effect on physical DPS players.
Predatory Instincts—Collapsed down from 5 to 3 talent points, and now reduces AoE damage taken rather than providing avoidance against AoE attacks.
Primal Tenacity—Similar to the Predatory Instincts change, this talent no longer provides avoidance against stun and fear effects, and instead reduces the impact of those effects.
Improved Mark of the Wild—Collapsed down from 5 to 2 talent points, and now also boosts all attributes by 2% (stacking multiplicatively with the 6% boost from Survival of the Fittest). These changes make Improved Mark of the Wild worth talenting in any WotLK Feral build.
Furor—Reworked to no longer restore Energy when shifting into Cat Form, and instead just allows the Druid to retain a fraction of their Energy pool when shapeshifting. This is a massive nerf to the talent and singlehandedly kills the powershifting gameplay that defined Feral DPS in vanilla and TBC.
Omen of Clarity—Now a passive effect rather than a self-cast buff. In addition, Clearcasting can no longer proc from special abilities in Cat Form, but its proc rate from auto-attacks in Cat Form has been more than doubled to compensate.

Rip should be refreshed ever 22 seconds as soon as it falls off, but not any sooner to avoid clipping the final tick of the bleed.

Savage Roar should be refreshed every 34 seconds (if cast with 5 Combo Points) as soon as it falls off.
