Really excited to see all the cloak colors, for all the covenants. I don't see any sets that match the purple tier 3 cloaks though.

Comment by frknsty

First cloak is a hand giving the middle finger.

Comment by labinf

Sadly leather looks awful
:(

Comment by JediMcFly

The leather appearance is very disappointing.

Comment by Shelldin

I may join this covenant solely for the giant floating crystal back piece! The Kerrigan wings are pretty great too! Sad they don't have a more "caster" version of the mail set for shaman. The set looks cool but definitely seems more suited for hunters

Comment by Abinoth

Any info at all on how we obtain these through our Covenant? Or how we get the different color tints? Every DK of mine will be in these for sure.

Comment by Axera

The leather and cloth are the best ones... You can't love the Scourge without some skin monsters!

Comment by Nwaf

Honestly, the plate gear fits DK so badly.

Comment by Vanderz

Wish they'd stop with the whispy bits coming off and the bits that stick out like the bones on the shoulders. Cloth is kinda ruined by the sticking out bits...

Comment by Acehilm

Whoever designed the leather set needs to be fired...

Comment by Rawlins

Hi. does anyone know if leather set and mail set will have a robe options?

Will join this covenant because of boots for Zandalari troll !11 Fck Yeah!

Comment by Klony

I am so disappointed there are not more gas masks in the game. I fully expected to become a full fledged plague doctor at the end of this expansion!

However... this is only the start. Let's hope for a Maldraxxus raid where we get some genius-level armor styles for all covenants! (I really need that plague mask. :D)

Comment by MidniteDestiny

Just a heads up the Regrown Osteowings in the Appearance section in the Collections tab in game it says the source is a quest.

So just want to inform you that the source is quest related, but now you have to find out where or what the actual quest is. Since it isn't a unknown source anymore.

Comment by ainotna

The crystal fetishes really have a shaman vibe. I must say, I was pretty set on the Night Fae backpack for my Vulpera but now that I see these crystals almost perfectly match my go-to transmog, I think I'm going to have to rethink my covenant choice.

Comment by Batistea

SO this armor appears to have an upgrade capability, but how does one go about upgrading the armor? Did i miss that part?

Comment by frakbt

What's frustrating me is that none of this xmog appears on any toon unless that toon belongs to the specified Covenant. It should at least appear as Not Collected.

Comment by Niixten

I guess the unknown sets comes from Abominable stistching rank 5 by using Unity somehow.

Comment by NorthernPrince

Just received my first piece of the Duty-Bound Harbinger's Plate Armor set, the vambraces, from a cooking world quest in Maldraxxus, today 03/04/2021... Not sure if it matters, but this week we hit renown 38, I upgraded my Abomination Factory to level 5 and also got the last 2 pieces to finish the Stitched Harbinger's armor set.

Comment by Mikoh

Regrown Osteowings can be acquired by completing Iron Phillip's weekly quest after reaching Abom Yard rank 5, similar to Tomalin's Crystal.

The Duty-Bound transmog set pieces have a chance to be looted when you do world quests in Maldraxxus with Unity (also needs rank 5 Abom Yard) as your companion.

Comment by TenTeWoW

If you wondered how to obtain Unity transmogs for Necrolord Convenant, they have a chance to drop after you complete World Quest in Maldraxxus while being accompanied by this construct.

Comment by xarlieb

so how exactly does one get the Prime Wraith set (black recolor)? Article says renown but I am already 40 renown and all I see on the vendor is the cloak and the helm.

EDIT: nevermind. for some reason, the class/role filter on the vendor window prevents the rest of the items to be shown. Selecting all items instead of class only shows the entire set.

Comment by AnkerJym

Quite annoyed that the guide writers, even after multiple comments and months of knowing this, still haven't updated the Abominable Stitching armor requirements. You do NOT craft the ensemble for 500 Anima. The pieces of the set are random quest rewards from each of the constructs' weekly quests once you upgrade the Stiching to rank 2. People who rely heavily on this site for info and guides are just going to get confused and frustrated with the misinformation.

Comment by tmptfate

The Unity set ("Duty-Bound") from Necro Coven is the absolute worst out of all coven armors.

The pure RNG of being awarded the armor mog pieces from doing a Maldrax WQs and Necro Coven Calling is just infuriating. You have absolutely no clue if/when you will get a piece. You could end up getting ZERO mog pieces multiple weeks even if you do every WQ that spawns, but you dont know this until you have already wasted all the time doing the WQ's.

At least with the Abomination Stitching mog set you can see right on the weekly quest rewards if a mog piece has spawned for the week.

Comment by bpmike83

Death Knight written all over this set.

Comment by lacerated

Does anyone know if it's only world quests that can proc the armour drops or if daily quests from the anima conductor count too?

Comment by Ayree

The possibility to reward a piece of the Unity set for a WQ is determined at the spawn moment, it is hidden, guaranteed (provided that Unity is active at the moment of completion), and in no way depends on your personal luck or any hidden conditions (like Unity accessories, weather conditions, group questing, frequency of WQ grinding, etc.).
The type of WorldQuest can be anything: normal, pet battle, anima conductor, pvp, etc.
Rewards are not bound to a specific server, and are regionwide (not worldwide however).
The slot is not specific, i.e. if someone got gloves for example, you can get gloves too, but if you already have it, you will get another piece of the set from the ones you don't already have.

It is possible (not verified) that in some cases the reward is related to a certain class / group of classes / type of armor.

P.S. As this reward type defined community interaction becomes much more important then the same with personal RNG. Since information about the hidden reward is perishable (24 hours from the moment of the WQ spawn), advise a faster and more accessible notification tool than comments in all Unity-related threads.

Comment by Forgiven

Leather Unity Set is totally not worth the effort since it doesn't look any different from the basic one...

Comment by Ayree

The new option discovered for Unity sets. Possibility to obtain a piece of set has region-side RNG like other maldraxxian WQs.
To join the Unity-sets community, see the links below.

Comment by monstrono

disappointing lack of variety for a covenant with a lot of theming potential.. need gas-masks, plague-masks, creepy stitched sets with body-parts a plenty.. slime-effects etc.. embrace the theme more than the generic copy-sets, please.

Comment by Buffyangel

I love that the leather set is different than the usual stuff. Great to have this as the Night Fae ones aren't my thing. I like the Reknown one, but it'll be so expensive to buy the set. I dont mind the Anima, but the Grateful offering is annoying as you don't naturally get much of this.

Comment by SaltyRisto

Has anyone on the EU servers seen a unity piece drop recently? I'm part of a discord that announces drops and "no drop" from WQ's/Callings, and we've had nothing since December 17th, there was one from a profession world quest, at least nothing for myself, and no annouces for the EU, but I've noticed the US seem to be getting one weekly, I made a forum post on the WoW site, and they just directed me here, which is really unhelpful seeing as I pointed out it could be a possible bug since we've had nothing for nearly 6 weeks... Hopefully someone is seeing something!

Comment by Varolokur

The Unity set has a horrific drop rate. I have no idea if it is bugged, or there is something besides having Unity present, but nothing has ever dropped for me after many weeks of doing dailies an callings with Unity.

Comment by alsulf

After many days searching and following other comments, today I can confirm that this set items drops in Maldraxxus world quests only, Blizzard will auto selected one world quest in Maldraxxus in unknow day, when any Necolord will complete that quest while Unity with him, he will get one of Unity set, I did that with my necolord main and got shoulder, then I went with my necolord alt directly to that quest and complete it and got glove.
