Is anyone else having problems triggering anything to do with Nightfall or Flame's Radiance? I finished the main campaign but I never did Siren Isle or anything in Undermine. I can't find any information as to what other requirements for starting this content are.

You can also get the white Flame Radiance armor transmog from killing the end boss of the event (ie you can farm it every hour, don't have to wait to get 1 piece per week). Not a guaranteed drop, but so far I'm 1 for 2.

i dislike community events because in theory they are cool but in practice when they are brand new they cause horrible lag and a couple of months later almost nobody is doing them anymore so you cant reach the better rewards. so trying to do one of these at a later time, maybe even another expansion, is just sad so you end up feeling like you HAVE to do it now. i dont want to feel like i have to sub for 1 single event when the rest of the small patch comes months later

So glad we got the opportunity to buy yet another mount using a currency they don't give us anywhere close to enough of. Love having to farm Radiant Crystals 12 at a time until I get 8000 of the damn things.

The event / senario seems to be bugged. No champion spawned at 8pm nor at 9pm.

Best way to grind rep and try to get the mount is just by doing the dailies on every alt possible. You'll need 250 dailies turned in total, and if the mount has a 1% chance it will MOST likely drop way sooner. I'd not bother touching the scenario, it's just trying to kill a bunch of mobs and if you can't tag them you won't progress on the bar, so it's kinda pointless.

Edit: nevermind, on alts the dailies only give 50 each, not 100 so it's gonna take even longer.

Scenario is currently bugged as of 9PM Eastern Time. Killing the boss grants no completion and it seems he hasn't even spawned in hours.

It appears that from your second clear of the day onwards, you only get 250 rep and not 500 for completing the bar at the top

There are three weapons that drop during the event that match the original red/white/gold color scheme: Arathi Anointer's Wand, Arathi Soldier's Morningstar, and Arathi Templar's Claymore.

The black and white armor and weapon appearances can also drop in the same manner as the purple gear; I've gotten 6 or 7 pieces over the past three days. They are Veteran level, same as the Nightfall armor pieces. EDIT: I've almost completed all four Flame's Radiance ensembles without spending a single Radiant Emblem of Service; I'd save those for buying Champion-level weapons for your alts.

I just came back from vacation and missed the start of the new patch.

Is this renown like the other TWW renown and only obtainable once per quest/scenario per account? I know I can quests/WQ's on my Mage and get renown with Hallowfall, then do it on my hunter and not get it.

Does Flames Radiance work like the others?

When doing the daily invasion quest focus on destroying the bigger items like the bulwarks, large chest and ballistas.
These give around 5% - 10% completion and are much faster than killing the mobs.

Funny how in DF, there was a whole new set to earn (not counting Raids) with each Season. Yet with TWW, it is just recolors. Same exact look of weapons and armor, WTF

Making the gear random drops was the worst choice. I can't always get a full set of gear, and my war bank is full of partial sets and so many duplicate items. And if i keep doing the dailies to hope to get those two pieces, I'll continue to get gear I don't need.

On the Siren Isles there was a currency. Why didn't they do that again, it was perfect.

Haven't seen anything regarding the rep grind and thought I'd give some info for those who are searching. Personally think this is the easiest rep grind of the xpac.

You get 1000 rep for each daily completion of the event that is granted every 33% in the order 150-150-700. Every time after the initial daily run you get 150-150-200 for a total of 500 rep. You also have access to 3 daily quests which award 200 rep each.

Very easy to commit to 3-4 daily runs at the top of every hour for 1 rank every day and do current content during the in-between if you happened to fall behind with this rep grind. BUT, if you are pursuing Shadowbound Leash it is probably best to focus on the 3 daily quests as a passive rep grind then finishing up with daily runs if you happen to get lucky.

Personally, I am pairing this grind with a daily Beledar's Spawn grind, hopefully I'll have both drops by 10 renown. Hope this helps, good luck!
