As of July 26th, 2022, the Volatile Pufferfish cast by Murkbrine Fishmancer do no damage. They're the blue swirlies you often see in that area. Obviously, this might eventually get changed, but until then, you can safely stand in them.

If you end up pulling a Coastwalker Goliath, you should be aware that the debuff applied on all players by Tidal Stomp stacks up to a maximum of two, no matter how many Goliaths you have pulled. They're frighteningly good mob count if your group can manage the stomps (as a healer watch for the Boulder Throw casts as they will frequently target you). Start using defensives after you have two stacks of the debuff as the first two stacks can usually be healed through if you are prepared.

Hylbrande spawns two adds frequently in the fight. In the very first active phase of the encounter, he will spawn one pair; in every subsequent phase, he will spawn two pairs, one at the start, and one ~10 seconds before the intermission. These adds should be tanked and alternate between casting Valorous Bolt (kickable, stunnable) at random players, and Empowered Defense (stunnable, stoppable by forced movement) on Hylbrande. Valorous Bolt can and will severely hurt your teammates, and this often lines up with Hylbrande's unavoidable Purifying Burst casts, leading to unfortunate deaths. Druids and Priests can use their knockbacks to help move these adds into melee range to be cleaved down more effectively.

If the adds are left alive when the intermission starts, they will disable the nearest console to them until they perish.

Hylbrande frequently casts Shearing Swings, damaging the tank three times - once when the cast starts, once 0.8s later, and finally one last time 0.8s later. Be sure to keep an eye on tank health during this and be ready to rapidly top off any players hit by bursts.

The Focused Ritualists are stunnable and Unstable Rift goes on cooldown if stopped. This makes it a perfect candidate for stuns, disables, disorients, light pushbacks, any of the stops all healers have.

She will occasionally spawn two Assassins. These will be tanked, and will often teleport 10 yards away and start casting Shuriken Blitz. This can be kicked, stunned or displaced.

She often spawns a Collapsing Star. This is something you as a healer and optionally a DPS will manage. As a healer I prefer having a mobile dps like a Survival Hunter managing this mechanic so that I can plant my feet and heal, but other healers prefer to handle it themselves, dealer's choice. Once I find it a lot easier to just call over voice comms each time for the Star to burst, but you can also manage it yourself without comms by just being mindful of how much total damage is inflicted onto your group and comparing it to player's current health.

Energy Fragmentation causes all the relics to spawn projectiles around them, one by one. You can tell which relic will be hit next by the glow around it. The projectiles knock back and stack a DoT on anybody who gets hit - don't get hit!

So'leah also casts Hyperlight Nova, unleashing an AoE in a 14yd radius around her, and all the relics copy this. Simply get out of it
