Incorporeal – While in combat, incorporeal beings appear and attempt to destabilize players with spells that reduce their damage and healing done. Incorporeal beings are susceptible to all forms of crowd control and fade away when combat with regular mobs ends.

Afflicted – While in combat, Afflicted Souls appear that seek the aid of players. Afflicted Souls spawn with poison, curse, and disease afflictions. Removing any of these afflictions or restoring the spirit to full health causes it to despawn. Fail to remove their afflictions in time will inflict players with a negative status effect.

Entangling – While in combat, entangling vines snare players.

Cross-Faction Guilds in Dragonflight Patch 10.1

The faction of the Guild is determined by the faction of the Guild Leader.

Guild achievements and guild vendors will still reflect the guild’s faction.

All members of the guild will benefit from chat, guild repairs, and other conveniences.

Opposite faction members will benefit from unlocked shared perks.

Opposite faction members will not be able to contribute to faction/PvP oriented achievements, eg. Alliance Slayer and Horde Slayer.

The Guild Roster will display a faction icon next to members of the other faction. A tooltip will list activities you can and cannot do together.

New Gear Upgrade System in Dragonflight Patch 10.1

I've tried to look around without having to result to a comment post, but I cant find the answer:

Will 10.1 forward require max renown or continuing renown with the 4 major factions? I am switching characters for 10.1 and my campaign progress is 0/9. To progress smoothly and not be handicapped, should I grind max renown and campaign progress on the new character?

I appreciate any feedback!

I need colored flames for Dark iron dwarf!

Is the Catalyst being reset (the charges)? I haven’t seen anything about it.

"Cross-Faction Guilds: you don't have to faction change to play with your friends any more"

Lol. You still can't do any queued/LFR content or world content with your friends from the other side so this basically changes nothing.

This is feeling more and more like a half-measure. Blizzard is too stubborn to acually make cross faction cooperation a real function. Gotta stick to their archaic and obnoxious faction divide with no lore to support it's existence.

So when are Pandaren getting more customization? Given they're the core race with the least amount of new options...

Comment by ArticSkoll

seeing as it wasnt mentioned here, they stupidly added a checkbox in the social settings of interface that is for censoring the chat feed with 4 options: no one, everyone, everyone except friends, everyone except friends + guildies.

is this the direction the game is going these days that someone somewhere feels this is necessary?

/groan.

I haven't been able to find the answer to this question anywhere... Has anyone else noticed since this patch, that fishing has gone down to about a 50/50 chance of actually catching fish in open waters? My understanding was that this Exp for fishing was geared towards more open water-type fishing, and less reliance on pools... However, I have all the goodies/upgrades, and I'm getting an awful lot of grey items now... Extremely discouraging.
