greatly enhances Cleave and Mortal Strike, while gaining an entirely new ability in Demolish. Inspired by Fyr'alath the Dreamrender, Demolish is a powerful channeled cast that deals a substantial amount of damage on a short cooldown. To top it off, Colossus Warriors are slightly larger than their counterparts and have access to an automatic heal when near death.

By contrast, doesn't add anything new to the toolkit, instead greatly enhancing the capability of Execute and Bladestorm, and causing both to be used much more frequently and deal significantly increased damage. Although Slayer lacks compelling defensive benefits, it does feature bonuses to Charge and Heroic Leap, alongside the long-desired ability to interrupt and stun while channeling Bladestorm.

Playing an Arms Warrior in Execute

Avoid Downtime: Arms generates the majority of its Rage from auto-attacks, so reducing the amount of time spent chasing targets, running out mechanics, or otherwise not attacking foes is critical towards maximizing performance. There are several abilities to help with this, such as Charge and Heroic Leap, so use them smartly to stay on your target as much as possible!

Keep Abilities on cooldown: Arms generates and spends resources in small amounts, but its ability cooldowns are what really drive the rotation. Aligning various 15, 30, 45, or 90-second cooldowns is crucial, and delaying any one of them can easily cause the others to desync as well, so avoid doing it without good reason - such as a quickly approaching add or increased damage phase.

Avoid wasting Rage: Unlike most resources, Rage starts from zero and decays out of combat. Making efficient use of it, both in combat and by reducing the amount of time spent moving from one combat encounter to the next, will help maintain the rotation and eliminate downtime spent waiting for more resources.

Where is the the Pre-Raid BIS list? ofc the gear I can get from the raid is going to be BIS for now but its hard to know what to be farming for in 5mans

The first sentence of "Arms Warrior Changes in Patch 11.1" talks about Fury warriors instead of Arms warriors:

This guide needs to be updated. You're still listing the previous Arms Warrior Mastery (Deep Wounds) at various points in the guide, which as I'm sure you know was changed quite a while back.
